I'm back in London and this evening I wanted to try another fast food fried chicken that was missing from my list: Popeyes fried chicken. It's a Louisiana fried chicken which takes inspiration from the spicy and vibrant Louisiana cuisine; recently a couple of shop had opened in London and I visited the Stratford shop this evening.
Their menu is a typical fast food chicken one: crispy chicken sandwiches, signature fried chicken pieces, cajun fries, spicy chicken wings.

They are huge in America, second to KFC arguably.

Yes I think it’s worth trying, especially the signature chicken!
In the “Chicken Sandwich War” we had here in America, Popeye’s came out the clear winner.
Interesting, I wonder if there is a difference in quality between UK and US; for fast foods in theory everywhere should be the same, but it's not always like that.
