I'd honestly say Ashe is one of the best designed characters in the game. All her skills have multiple utilities and she has a load of skill expression that compliments core FPS fundamentals unlike doomfist and the like.
While overwatch is a fps game, its not really a traditional shooting fps game. There's so much more to aiming in overwatch and that's why it's so fun and versatile. Characters like Doom, rein, Brig, Moira, Mercy and Junkrat can be fun with little aiming, yet still be strong viable
To me Ashe seems to be a damage parallel to Ana as they have similar weapons and abilities. Both have weapons suited for mid to long range. Splash damage options with bionade and dynamite. While sleep and coach gun function differently, they both can help deal with people who are too close. Even their ultimates are similar. Ana can make anyone kind of a tank or add more tank to your tank, while BOB adds a “tank” to the fight. (Even if he isn’t that bright. I still love you BOB!) Since role queue started I have always picked all roles, but that basically means I main support of which Ana is my “main”. Recently though I have been getting more damage matches so having Ashe in the lineup is much appreciated.
Ashe is the perfect dps. She can deal constant big dmg and is rewarded for good aim and positioning, has a very useful escape as well. You never die to an ashe and go like "what a broken ass hero" And not even her could be saved from how devs do not want to nerf mercy's dmg boost so dps can shine on their own, so they nerf the dps first.
I like Cassidy and Ashe for one simple reason: Farcry5 one of my favorite games, amazing scenery, country music, story and gameplay.... Being a Brazilian I can only imagine the beauty of nature in Montana, playing Farcry5 puts me at ease when I think about this place. and when I go to play overwatch and suddenly I want to play with something country...I get ashe or cassidy. I like to wonder if these two haven't spent some time in Montana too XD
in my first play through of farcry 5 i went for a cowboy look and finished the whole game with a double barrel a lever action and a revolver and a grenade launcher for good measure
honestly man your content is unique to the overwatch content we are having its just streamers posting shorts of their streams and such you make intertaining and high quality videos like those high quality tf2 videos

Hey, thank you for continuing the series, they even made me forget about whole drama and make me play ow2 again. My only take to improve your series is make them more in depth. All of the vids in the series are kinda short and sometimes not so informative (soldier 76 for example) but I hope as series progresses you'll become better at this! Still waiting for Brigg tho.

Her hipfire is used to take her DPS further because if you rapidly swap between hipfire and ADS she has two different BPMS for her guns meaning they each have a seperate fire timing you can mix.
With all due respect, and the fact that I also absolutely adore your videos, you should try and steer toward other games, as overwatch is practically 6 feet under after the pve announcement
i doubt you'll care but what you said at the end of the video genuinely makes me happy. blizzard doesnt care about their community and frankly im worried a lot of the content creators i enjoy are gonna drop the ball aswell and move on, but i think its very commendable you've found the motivation to keep making content and i really hope it works out for you. u make great content and deserve it. best wishes dude
So TH-cam recommend me this video I say this video feels like it was. Made by a low rank player that is learning and actually becoming better at the game . Other hero videos lack that connection and feel like "hey I'm high rank you should listen and do what I say". So great video keep up the great work and stay with this style
I main Ashe and I suck, I'm just a Silver/Gold player. I love playing her, but I have a harder time playing her in lower ranks. I find her easier to use when my team is higher ranked. Ashe is rough to play if you solo que in lower ranks and I can't put my finger on why that is exactly. When I play pugs sometimes it's me and a bunch of higher ranked players and I play a lot better with her, like I have my best matches ever and people think I'm Master or something... The matches are less chaotic and more structured... I think I struggle more in the lower ranks bc if the other team plays a chaos comp, my team isn't able to force them back into a more structured match... I don't know a better way to word it. I just wish I could figure out how to climb with Ashe and I'm failing. Get good ig.
I ALSO SHIP ROBIN AND FRANKY. THAT'S HAWT- Little by little, your content has improved. You already do well. But I won't get in the way of your motivation to do better for yourself. You know what you're talking about and you're great at the games you talk about. 👍🏼 And yeah, f*ck Blizzard.

I would say doomfist does rely on shooting now.

There's a trick I theorised to get fast kills if you have decent accuracy, get a hit with the non scoped then get a headshot.

cant say i agree that hanzo doesnt require aim and gamesense. I find him the hardest dps in the game in both of these aspects.
