UglyTruck gets the BEST SUSPENSION for a 4wd drag truck

  • this new suspension system for the UglyTruck 4x4 swap is gonna make for some impressive launches! I am hoping to be able to cut a 1.5 second 60 foot time with this setup, and now we have a much lighter suspension with some great shocks to control the movement of the front suspension. The big block engine is almost complete, we have most of the chassis parts on the way, and over the next couple of months, our plan will be complete!

I would be welding a thick grade 8 washer with the proper sized hole as a doubler plate on the outer side of the A arm hole you corrected. Usually means using the next smaller washer and drilling that to the desired size. Tougher steel than mig welded repair and will increase the load bearing area.
