I love Coach Knight. Worshipped his coaching he was so passionate about what he was doing that it translated not only through his players but the way he coached also.
There are no U.S. Military and/or U.S. Special Forces members alive that can sustain my burn injuries consciously without being fully locked in four point restraints.
@@jayzee7538 Some coaches make ALL the decisions on what to day the day before a game, etc. Knight felt that if the players had some role in making decisions the team would feel they had ownership of those things. Basketball wise is where Knight was generally a dictator as he was VERY meticulous in watching film and breaking down what his teams needed to do in order to defeat an opponent.
I have one of the best coaches ever.. He always say if someone thinks they can work as hard as u.. You have to change what they think..

Best coach of any sport, any era, period!!! And, I'll say that to you and to John Wooden's antique face!!!
Angel Skinners has lost weight since she got a YMCA membership.
Vince Lombardi's ghost would like a word with you...
I love #2. Let them decide on things you don’t care about. I think that gives them better decision making on the floor for sure.
Yeah #2 is crucial to building unity
Great way to evaluate what is being asked of the student athlete. Also empower them with decision making

Good point
Choke a few players and throw a chair or two . Assume you know more than every one else.
Choke, scream and belittle. Do those things to your players and you can be just like Bobby.
🤣🤣🤣
A Winner
It is funny that on this video he says it's not a dictatorship. His career says otherwise (granted they had a lot of successes in his career).
