    This is a very primal tool. It works mainly the warrior muscles: Shoulders, forearms, wrists, and hands.

    What would you say about this versus the steel mace?

      I think the steel club allows for more variation in unilateral movement (ex. throwing actions) and the compact size allows more wrist/forearm engagement.
      The mace's design limits the range of exercises mainly due to length, but engages more torque, needed to develop explosive strength.
      If you have a kettlebell already, I would buy the Mace. If you don't have any, I would get the steel club, as it will cover most exercises that can be done with a kettlebell and mace in one tool.

    How often would you do this workout? 3x’s a week or more?

    • @GrownandHealthy
      @GrownandHealthy  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can do it every other day in the early stages, but you will need to incorporate other exercises if you plan to do it 5 days a week.

    How heavy of a club is that? Looking to buy but don’t know what weight to get.

      15lbs, If you are knew to this method, I would suggest the 10lb, but do not go any lower, because the weight distribution is 50/50 and that defeats the purpose of the club.
