Great info! Thanks for this video. I had a question about proof of funds. I am going to show my Public Provident Fund account with SBI as proof of having sufficient funds. But a letter from the bank is supposed to list ALL the accounts I have with it. So the letter will also mention my savings account and FD accounts. In this case, is it necessary to show a six month statement of my savings account as well?
If the answer is 'yes', that needs to be shown, then I have a further question. I recently closed my old Citibank salary account and transferred the money to my SBI savings account. I can explain this sudden influx of money on a LoE, but what proof can I show for this?

"My query is regarding work experience"
I worked in 4 companies:
1. 07/09/2015 to 31/03/2016 = 7 months
2. 01/04/2016 to 19/01/2017 = 9 months
3. 27/03/2017 to 28/02/2018 =11 months
4. 01/04/2018 to till now
My question is : first 2 companies not mentioned annual salary in their work reference letters. They said i had not worked annually/ not paid annually. I worked there 7 months and 9 months respectively.
They mentioned monthly salary in reference letters.
Would it be fine ???
Hi, Question: The name of my daughter was misspelled on her passport. it missed an "I". I cannot ask for a renewal as I don't have enough time till i submit application. on the birth certificates, it reads Fatima, but on her passport it reads Fatma. Please advise.
In my case where the person to write my reference letter is a relative with the same surname, since he is my boss, will that be okay?
Question - If company refused to give reference letter then we can make an affidavit from previous company colleagues working in same company right ? But what if all colleagues were working in that company also have resigned and no longer belongs to the same company. In that case getting reference letter from those colleagues who currently working in new company is ok ?

At the time after receiving ITA, we wont be having current experience letter, do we need to submit LOE for it?
Thank you for all your videos !! They are very informative and helpful. I have received my ITA. However, my last organisation did not provide me reference letter saying that the duration of work there was just 6 months. I am currently not working due to my baby. Although I have reference letter of my past experience of 6.5 years. Since I am the secondary applicant, and I have read that Out of Canada experience of spouse anyways doesn't fetch any score. Please suggest what I should do from the below options:
1) Let both these experiences (6.5 yrs and 6 months) be in Work History. Upload reference letter and other documents for job 1 (6.5 yrs) and upload all job documents except reference letter of job 2. Explain this in LOE.
2) Move the job 2 to Personal History now after receiving ITA. And explain the same in LOE.
The middle name on my certificate differs from the middle name on my passport. I have an court affidavit to show that they all belong to the same person. Does this suffice?
If we apply for sinp occupation in demand nomination six months validation of nominations letter but we only have pcc have done but letter have not received so can we mail the documents before getting pcc letter and tell them loe letter to submit it later on can you provide any format of loe letterfor pcc

Only number of working hours per week and roles & responsibilities are not mentioned in my company reference letter provided by HR so providing a notorize letter on 20 INR stamp paper with my manager signature and company's email address in order to prove them.
1) Stamp paper should be on my name or my manager name?
2) 20 INR stamp paper is valid or do I need new 100 rupees stamp paper?

Hey Sitanshu @DreamAbroad, so much grateful that I stumbled upon you account. Thanks for such informative content. I have a query - in my first job I worked from 2016 to 2018 for 2 years. I have received experience letter, reference letter and pay slips too from them. However, in India when we leave a job we do not get the salary regularly in the notice period after submitting resignation letter. So when I resigned in January 2018, I served notice period till March end, the salary for February and March was given to me in April 2018.
Issue is, although I have the pay slips for Feb and March but the bank registry shows I received the Full and Final cheque in April. Will that be a problem??

That is just another way of doing it. But IRCC says you should disclose all that stuff to them as well.

Is a gift deed mandatory? Won't the Affidavit suffice?
It is not mentioned anywhere, is it just safer to do things with the gift deed, a letter from the one who is gifting you.
Does this letter need to be notarised? Or can my mum just write it and sign it and then send it to me? (Thank you for the fast response!)

For proof of funds, i have got the bank letter which is as per requirement but they dont state 6 months avg balance. Do i also need to attach bank statements? If yes for how many months? Or is the bank letter sufficient ?

If I remember well we are being asked if visa has got rejected for any country and reason behind that. You can definitely quote it in LOE as well.
