Very nice of you to help so many people.please guide me also: (1) Suppose I have 1 year 9 months continous experience on regular basis at a workplace(school teaching) and then bits of experience on ad hoc basis in college teaching , 4 years 8 months in total, can this total experience be clubbed to 6 years of teaching experience to get eligibility marks (2)If one of the previous employers compel someone to resign (suddenly without a notice due to some dirty politics), and they are the only employers with whom we have had a continous experience of 1 year9 months in the past 10 years, then on what pretext can we get a reference letter from them.(3)Can guest teaching on hourly basis help to get the 67 eligibility points. I want to know if the 1 year of work experience (continuous, no gaps) that makes you eligible can be accounted only in the last 3 years or within the last 10 years? I mean, I can have multiple jobs in 10 years all related to my NOC and for more than 1 continuous year but maybe I don't have that in the last 3 years for any reason (as studying). Yes you should get a descriptive letter covering most of the duties mentioned in your NOC code as CIC has mentioned: "You must show that you did the duties set out in the occupational description in the NOC. This includes most of the main duties listed."

Hi, as described in this video you can attach that email and mention the same in the 'letter of explanation' that they don't provide such a letter. After that get the details mentioned in mail from the official email id of your colleague and prepare an affidavit for that. @@rajeevpaliwal8518 You can do couple of things.. first if you have another coworker who still works in the same organisation, then get a reference from him/her.. if not, then ask your coworker to write his current organisation name, email id and contact etc, and then ask him to provide relieving letter, or experience letter, last payslip of the company he worked along with you.. so that it proves he worked along with you.. please check with other forums too..

Below is my work history: Noc 2173 Organisation 1- Pune(2.6 Years) Noc 2173 Same Org at onsite- Singapore(2 Years) Noc 2173 org 2 in pune(2.5 Years) How many entries do i need? I submitted reference letter from my dependent wife.. however i notice a little mistake on the start date of her letter. I am the principal applicant. Does the mistake matter? Knowing that she is only my dependent? In the opening sentence of the letter it is correclty stated... but in the duties and resoonsibilities section there a typo error on start date. You should connect with any of your colleagues from that company and get a letter in a similar way as explained in the video. Also, explicitely mention in the letter of explanation that the company has wrapped up its business hence you are proving this letter.

Ok, It is not necessary but definitely beneficial to submit IT Returns or Form 16, why? simply because we want to gain the confidence of investigating officer. About bank statement, again its not mentioned in CIC guidelines that it Should be submitted but it will help in proving that you have had enough POF in your account and bank stamp, it would just be a minute task when you visit the bank for POF letter so go for it. Thanks for the informative video. I have couple of questions. If the company HR and manager explicitly say in a email that company policy prohibits them from giving any reference letter with job duties, what should i do? Even HR has said the same on a company letterhead that they can only provide relieving letter. Will self affidavit work? Or should i try for coworker to help me out? Secondly, is there any way where we can check our roles to NOC codes? Like how much they match etc? Any service available for the same? Appreciate your response!!
Hi, as described in this video you can attach that email and mention the same in the 'letter of explanation' that they don't provide such a letter. After that get the details mentioned in mail from the official email id of your colleague and prepare an affidavit for that.

@@rajeevpaliwal8518 You can do couple of things.. first if you have another coworker who still works in the same organisation, then get a reference from him/her.. if not, then ask your coworker to write his current organisation name, email id and contact etc, and then ask him to provide relieving letter, or experience letter, last payslip of the company he worked along with you.. so that it proves he worked along with you.. please check with other forums too..

I hope the reference letter will be enough..my previous company did not give any payslips, job offer, promotion letter or any documents related to the job which is so annoying

I am entering the work history in Express Pool Canada.It is asking for country, territory. Below is my work history:
Noc 2173 Organisation 1- Pune(2.6 Years)
Noc 2173 Same Org at onsite- Singapore(2 Years)

How many entries do i need? Three entries each for separate location? Or Two Entries ...If it is three entries then I will have to provide three letters...Also if it is going to be three entries and company denied to provide reference letter...do i need to have reference letter from my onsite colleagues for my duration in Singapore?

You should connect with any of your colleagues from that company and get a letter in a similar way as explained in the video. Also, explicitely mention in the letter of explanation that the company has wrapped up its business hence you are proving this letter.

Thanks for the detailed video. However, my company has issued all details on the letter head except number of hours worked. It only mentions dates worked, positions held and signature of manager. How can the number of hours worked missing information be added without going to the company again?
It shouldn't be that big of an issue if you provide other supporting documents like pay slips, joining-appointment-offer letter.
Hi, what if I'm not in good terms with my immediate supervisor and I don't want to get the letter signed by him? Oddly enough, the company I work for is a small startup so they don't have a dedicated HR. Ok, It is not necessary but definitely beneficial to submit IT Returns or Form 16, why? simply because we want to gain the confidence of investigating officer.
About bank statement, again its not mentioned in CIC guidelines that it Should be submitted but it will help in proving that you have had enough POF in your account and bank stamp, it would just be a minute task when you visit the bank for POF letter so go for it.
