Thanks a lot sir, I hv seen a lot of videos on u tube regarding immigration but so far I didn't find one such video which is so much clear, precise , simple and understandable.. I watch all ur videos because we r striving for immigration to Canada. Earlier I tried getting all the possible information from so many other u tube channels but, anyhow, I was not contented, I always wanted to have a second openion to confirm the facts given. Like here u hv shown each n every document required including the deed letter , affidavit etc. Also I never had such a clear understanding of this immigration process through other u tube tutorials. I must say u r doing a great great job. I hv no words of thanks for making things so clear n understandable for a layman .

You're doing a phenomenal job my friend. You're videos are pretty clear and concise. I have a couple of questions.
#1 Is it mandatory that I should maintain the funds in my account at the time of ITA profile creation or I need to worry about it only after getting the invite?
#2 Also I need to know if I can get gift deeds from non-relatives just at the time of document submission (the fund will not be in my account for the last six months)
    I appreciate your time

    Hi Shitanshu,
I loved your video. It's very detailed and descriptive. I've been following the channel for almost a year now and wish to understand what you meant by visa submission in this video. Is it referring to application or stamping?
Also let me know what are the paradigms when you are getting the money as gift deed. How long ago should the gift deed be signed? How many months shall the amount be in the account?

Thank you so much for such an informative video, many consultancies take a huge amount to give away such info, sometimes even for basic info but you give a lot of information with no cost. You are really doing a great job.
This video helped me in understanding "gift deed" better. I have a question regarding proof of funds, do we need this money to be in our account before we create our profile for ITA? I'm in profile creation stage and i don't have enough funds so I don't know if i have to go ahead.

Please guide me on the following queries:
    1. I have 4 savings accounts in 4 banks. Bank A holds the money for immigration, Bank B has minimum balance and attached to education loan, Bank C and D have minimum balance only.
Which all banks I need to approach for bank letter? Bank A only or Bank A and B or All banks?
    Please revert. Thanks!

    Hello.
    Just a few quick questions.
    1. You mention showing proof of funds at the time of Visa Submission. Does this mean pre-ITA or post-ITA? I know there can be a significant time involved between them so some clarity would be appreciated.
    2. I currently have 2 loans (car + personal). I plan to return back my personal loan and transfer the car loan to my parents' account. In addition, I was planning on transferring some amount from my parents account to my own to provide a sufficient amount. How much time would be required to show this amount as a deposit? Appreciate your help and support.
    Thanks

I just want to know that my WES evaluation is cleared and I have scored IELTS CLB 7 (S-6, R-7, W-7, L-7) But, I am 39 yrs old. By March 2019 I will turn 40. Beautiful Video, Great Job Sir. I had a question though. So the total proof of funds needed to be shown are CAD 12475. Is there a particular limit up to which a parent can provide a monetary gift to me or Is it that the gift shouldn't exceed a particular limit? Would it look good to the immigration officer if my parent gifted me around CAD 10000 - 11000 ?

You are doing an awesome job with your videos covering all aspects of immigration process.
Regarding funds I just want to clarify, my wife will sell her gold jewelry to raise fund. We can show the proof of source since we will get the bill from the vendor. Is that enough and does that money also needs to be kept in my account for 6 months??

One quick question: My wife is primary applicant of EE profile and I've transferred around INR 4L to my wife's account from my savings account one month before ITA. I'm a dependent applicant and was wondering would this transaction cause any issue? Do I need a LOE for this ?

@Dream Abroad Thanks for clarifying the concept of gift deed and loan from bank for POF.. Can you please tell me about a scenario where first applicant will be receiving the money through gift deed and second applicant is having a running car loan and and an overdraft which is secured by provident fund value more than the overdraft.

Does the gifted letter has to be an official document of some sort ? Like a headed letter from a work place, or stamped or at a lawyer ? Or it can be a regular paper just signed by the parent ?

Video is really helpful bhai, but din understand in the Gift Card thing clearly - 1. If the person is your relative and not your father, Will that be a doubt point for them.? 2. Do we need to attach bank statement of person who has given the money to you via gift thing ? 3. If we are showing the money via gift card route, does that also need to be in your account for last 6 months ? or can that be show gifted within a month or so ? .
    Please help will be thankful.

It should not be an issue as far as you have given all those details and letters as suggested in the video. Also you can get the money transferred to your account anytime but try to have it as early as possible before visa submission.

For Example Similar example 49,000 today and after some days again 40,000 in multiles to reach 6 lakhs by providing gaps in between , Then will it be fine for POF ?

I have a question about POF which I'm sure others might have too : Suppose I have 2 bank accounts and I'm using Acc1 which is salary account that I'm using for POF and Acc2 is a home loan account with a different bank, do I need to declare about Acc2 and my home loan as well ? Should I get a letter about home loan from bank 2 ?
As you know home loan is a huge amount 40lakhs, will it create any problem if i show that I have such a huge loan to pay ?

So, Do I need to show his US bank details and PAN card or some similar documents of US? Also if he transfers money to me, would I have to give Tax to the government?

    Hi,
Can we obtain gift deed after profile creation? Or is it rather safer to get it before profile creation? Please advise.
    Thanks

    Hi Sheetanshu,
I have CRS for 472 and im planning to initiate my Express entry application ASAP.
1.) I'm planning to take funds from my aunt as a gift deed.
But i have a bank loan, which i am paying from my salary. Will this affect my eligibility for proof of funds??
I have two bank accounts. So I can show POF in the account in which I dont have any liability. So is it fine if I declare only 1 bank account, or should i declare all my accounts.??
If my personal loan would affect my eligibility, please advice the work-arounds.

    Hello Sir,
You are providing very useful info on immigration. Good job!!
I have a question on this topic.
In case we are non-resident and have funds in Indian account. Do we need to present other country accounts/loans and credit card information in the letter or just indian account which has funds is sufficient? Even if we are applying outside of India.
I hope my question is valid and will get a response.
Thanks again for your efforts and information!!

You can show your funds in yor Indian NRO account, they just need to ensure that you have enough money to settle in Canada. If in case they want to know any other information, they will get back to you.

Can I get a gift deed from him for the total 6 lakhs? I don't want keep the amount in his account and submit his statement as it's borrowed amount. I got ITA and we are applying together.

Hi brother, your video is really helpful. However, I wanted to ask you a question.
So, I am the primary applicant and my wife is the secondary applicant.
Shall I show all the funds in my account? I checked that I can provided i also show a NOC but on another portal I read that the Canadian govt. might doubt the relation if it will last in future or not so it's better to show as gift deed.
So my question is shall I transfer the funds from my spouse account to my account and get a gift deed signed and make the funds in my account as a FD.
I am already showing a gift deed from my father account and again will make a new fd od those funds.
So in short my question is shall i show my wife account and get a noc or show a gift deed and transfer the money in my account and shiw as FD? Also if i am getting a gift deed signed by my father and getting tje same funds in FD is that fine as well?
    Looking forward for your suggestions.
    Thank you

I have created my EE profile but still not arranged proof of fund in my bank account. Even I have not done gift deed. On which time fund should be in my ac or gift deed should be registered? For Expression of interest should we have to show proof of fund or can we arrange after getting ITA?

Thank you so much for valuable information. I wanted to confirm again on below. Could you please help?
Can we show EPF balance as proof of funds or do we need to withdraw amount?
If we have money transferred as gift, do we need to show six months statement with the balance? Or money can be transferred couple of months before and not necessarily be 6 months.

    • @DreamAbroad1
      @DreamAbroad1  6 ปีที่แล้ว

We need not withdraw EPF balance. In case of gift deed, it can be transferred a few months before.
