That's what I was thinking. I watched the kids video and thought okay it may be real it may not be. He provided some solid evidence but also made a lot of personal claims. But the mr beast employee coming out and addressing it in the poorest way possible is making me believe the other kid. And the other kid seemed a bit cooky to be fair. But Mr beast co seems quite shady at the moment.
The point is If the accuser is shown to have lied about many things (even minor things) that are easily proven , you have to call into question ALL his allegations. You have to open the possibility that he’s exaggerating or lying about at least some of it. That’s a problem if he wants justice.
My theory on why they would block the video in other countries is that mrbeast is trying to stop these allegations from spreading to other countries so his international viewers will not know and continue watching him. It's exactly this that is happening in my country, most people dont know what is happening, only my friends who watch american youtube knew about this, but my friends who watch our local creators had no idea about this whole situation

The chocolate on paper seems super illegal advertizing to children a chance to win money but if the provider were to have a way in which people would be able to participate in the competition for free it legally does not count as gambling for the chocolate but do not get me wrong children do not know they can get it for free so they most likely still buy the chocolate so even though this is so wrong it does fit into the law for the chocolate but the t shirts I do not believe there is no way you can get it for free so this does count as a form of gambling

Jimmy is incorporated, even if he is found guilty, it would just be fines against the corporation which will never exceed profits from the streams/videos/merch. You are overestimating the due diligence of most people, just because he is rich and has lawyers does not mean he runs everything by them. The only things that do that are large organizations with risk management departments. Jimmy is very rich, but his org is still small, relatively speaking.

The giveaway things are fake from my experience: I won a relatively small giveaway last year. MrBeast promotes scanning qr codes in all his vids to win Super Bowl tickets. Around 4 hours after the post I got a successful qr code. Upon scanning it told me I won but would not be getting any tickets whatsoever. On the website it offered links to where you could buy tickets with your own money.

Not exactly. It's a common tactic in court for the defendant to not speak and instead let the lawyer handle it, in this case the "lawyer" is Chucky. That way if something he said is proven to be false, Chucky becomes a scapegoat and MrBeast himself would not take responsibility for lying. That godawful “debunking” just dug MrBeast’s grave even more. All it did was bring more legitimacy to the actual concerns in Dogpack’s video.
That's what I was thinking. I watched the kids video and thought okay it may be real it may not be. He provided some solid evidence but also made a lot of personal claims. But the mr beast employee coming out and addressing it in the poorest way possible is making me believe the other kid. And the other kid seemed a bit cooky to be fair. But Mr beast co seems quite shady at the moment.

The point is If the accuser is shown to have lied about many things (even minor things) that are easily proven , you have to call into question ALL his allegations. You have to open the possibility that he’s exaggerating or lying about at least some of it. That’s a problem if he wants justice.
My theory on why they would block the video in other countries is that mrbeast is trying to stop these allegations from spreading to other countries so his international viewers will not know and continue watching him. It's exactly this that is happening in my country, most people dont know what is happening, only my friends who watch american youtube knew about this, but my friends who watch our local creators had no idea about this whole situation

Jimmy is incorporated, even if he is found guilty, it would just be fines against the corporation which will never exceed profits from the streams/videos/merch. You are overestimating the due diligence of most people, just because he is rich and has lawyers does not mean he runs everything by them. The only things that do that are large organizations with risk management departments. Jimmy is very rich, but his org is still small, relatively speaking.

I won a relatively small giveaway last year. MrBeast promotes scanning qr codes in all his vids to win Super Bowl tickets. Around 4 hours after the post I got a successful qr code. Upon scanning it told me I won but would not be getting any tickets whatsoever. On the website it offered links to where you could buy tickets with your own money.

Not exactly. It's a common tactic in court for the defendant to not speak and instead let the lawyer handle it, in this case the "lawyer" is Chucky. That way if something he said is proven to be false, Chucky becomes a scapegoat and MrBeast himself would not take responsibility for lying.
