Im pretty sure that you could hire an artist to draw you up a detailed design for why youre looking for, then, you could submit it to autumnfallings and get an estimate.
I play national travel volleyball and to find a show like haikyu!! is really awesome to me because a) i never really could get into anime and b) it's pretty accurate when it comes to volleyball (aside from the obvious exaggerations) . It's like my gateway anime

I got to see the head and paws of it, and it was so cool! I wish I would have asked this person if I could have tried on the head because she let some other people try it on and it looked like a lot of fun! Oh well, maybe at the next MNFurs event I go to this weekend (their spring picnic) I might be able to ask a fursuiter if they'd let me do that.
