One of the 60 delight features that we work with leaders and managers on is the art of play. Create playful moments at the workplace.
After one day just for the top leadership then three days with the top 50 leaders, one of the missions of the team was to create this video.
During the work with Rustan, it transformed and moved to profitability again then was bought by Robinson, giving their shareholders and nice upside on the investments that they have made in the company and the people that were part of that success.
Gratitude to Pierre Olivier DEPLANCK who took us to work with him when he was the CEO of Guardian and then when he moved to Manila to become the CEO of Rustan. Gratitude also to the devoted leadership and HR team.
