It seems The vitamin C was the catalyst and the laughter continued the healing .

Mr Cousins says that 10 minutes of laughter helped him fell better , and I remember that when my brother was going through a deep depression , he would be walking around the house with a terrible look on his face and one day , after reading about how laughter and good thoughts help people , I thought I would put this to a test so all of a sudden i walked up to him and started tickling him and he started to laugh he later told me that after I had tickled him he felf a great relief and felt very good .

I feel his background as a journalist gave him the initiative to look into various alternative healing methods. My husband is a journalist and knows how to investigate subjects and find things most people wouldn’t be able to find. But what he was able to do with that info was groundbreaking and what ultimately cured him.
