This home had a big yellow note on the door stating that it has been determined to be vacant. The neighbor across the street told me that the homeowner passed away a few months ago and nobody is keeping up with the grass. So, I thought I would help clean it up for the family and for the neighbors that live around it.

I remember years ago, a young man, going to college, living with parents, decided to mow and edge neighbors across the street , it took you two days as you had job, school etc. Your detail was so impressive. The sidewalks the neighbors were so excited too. I've watched you grow even better, your girlfriend...then wife...business grows and you have grown in kindness. This free cleanup each week is a genius way to 1)give back to the community 2)show the neighborhood the quality of work 3)share video content that can make ongoing income from that one job. It pays in so many ways and it is great entrepreneurship on your part.
His videos are also a good tutorial for anyone who wants to clean up their own yard but don't have his expertise. I mean anyone can push a push mower but all of the edging is the hardest part.

Agree, my Mom has Pulmonary Fibrosis from working in the steel mill. There is nothing to cure it. We are slowly watching her stop breathing.

You seem to find a lot of corner lots that are neglected for one reason or another. You do an amazing job cleaning them up for the people who own them and the neighborhood.

Spencer I really enjoy watching your videos. You’re doing a great service for your fellow man and your neighborhoods. As a registered nurse who works with both respiratory and orthopedic patients I am encouraged by the way you pace each step of your transformations so that you’re not using continuous repetitions of just one aspect. trading off between the edging then weeding and blowing saves quite a bit on your back. I’m sure. I do wish though that you would wear some protection when you are being exposed to all of that dust it’s not really good for your lungs in the long run. But again you do a great job, blessings to you to be able to continue the work that you do🙏🙏
