I see where the home owner is coming from, he has the means, the physical ability (post surgery physiotherapy) and i daresay the means to pay someone if push came to shove. I'd be the same. certainly hesitant (not withstanding the fact that a complete stranger is offering to do, I surmise $1000+ of pressure washing for free), as there are people out there who dont necessarily have the pressure washer, the physical ability or the means to pay someone to do the work.

They seldom use theirs and when they do it is to do a backyard deck, the siding, or wash the cars. The only time anyone else has used it on their sidewalk is one guy before he sold his house.

Having an injured shoulder is bad. The risk of the shoulder being wrenched from a slip, is bad potential. I'm glad to see how you got rid of the slippery conditions, particularly before winter. I noticed this homeowner's gate needs a new paint job and now I would love to see his wooden fence power washed, too. Would you ever consider also washing a wood fence? The prices of wood in the expansion joints on his walkway turned out like new. SO SATISFYING! 👏🤜

The part that I usually love most about these videos is when grouted brickwall goes from dull bricks with black jointing to vibrant red clay with light beige grout. Something about making those brick walls look shiny and vibrant again is really satisfying, even more than those big concrete surfaces.

I have a pressure washer also. But I do not have a surface cleaner attachment which would be needed for this job.

Except lawn was not edged as it resisted the water runoff. I have the problem also as I cannot to the edging.
