I’m in Australia and have several pieces of Jim Shore work, try to add a new piece each year, I admire and love all that I have Best Wishes from Australia 💙🇦🇺
I have several Jim Shore items. Absolutely love all of them. He's a genius ❤. What a wonderful man! So happy this showed up. I bought most of mine at Bronners in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
A gorgeous heart centred look at the creative genius that is Jim Shore. His beautiful family and extended work family. Thankyou for all you do in the World. ✨️💜✨️
What a wonderful gift God has given to you. You convey simplistic and sincere feelings in all of your works. Creating joy and wonder for all who admire your work. Seeing people from all walks of life smiling and wistfully remembering something in their past revisited in your sculptures brought back in an instant of happiness. God bless and thank you. Jersey Ann from NJ🥰
I have many Jim shore collections but my favorite is the nativity scene with quilt patterns on the clothing, absolutely beautiful I used to own a quilt shop and I ordered the nativity scene to sell but I wanted it for myself. My mom actually bought it from me and when she passed away five years ago I brought it home with me. It’s beautiful and reminds me of her!
I'm from the UK and have never of Jim, but today I had the pleasure of finding him here, I'm hoping to be able to buy something if it it sold over here.
I just adore Jim’s art and am blessed enough to have a few pieces. Am so glad Jim and his wife stuck with it and found a way to create a thriving business.
I have the four seasonal centerpieces. I got them from a shopping channel and just love them. I have several of the cross stitch kits from Mill Hill. It's a good way to have Jim Shore in a smaller space. ❤❤❤❤ I had parents of the same generation. They were great parents too.
This whole production should be featured on QVC on Christmas Day when all the hosts and crew are at home enjoying their families. This would be a perfect piece to fill in some programming time for that day.
I LOVE JIM!! I started collecting yeats ago, the ones that have Pineapples 🍍... And I'm a quilter, like his mama was,, as I had been told, so I love how he incorporated designs of quilting in his items! ❤
I love and enjoy my very many Jim Shore pieces, I look forward to decorating Our Christmas tree , with many different J Shore ornaments and grand daughters help bring them downstairs for me now and help arrange around our home. ❤
I absolutely loved watching this documentary. I knew the Jim Shore name and some of what he created, but to see and hear about the actual man was the ultimate. Thank you!
Oh!! What a treat to see the artist behind my beloved collection of "Pumpkin Head" figurines! Thank you, Jim Shore, you have colored my world for many years!
Many thanks for this lovely video. We love Jim Shore, his beautiful pieces (we have many), and his delightful personality when on QVC & anywhere we have seen him❤
That was great. As a big fan of Jim Shore, I just love all his wonderful collections but the one that I love the most is the Peanuts one. So far, in date of this day, I have all the Peanuts collection, over 275 pieces. I have made my own collection book of all the Peanuts pieces. Thanks so much Jim and to all your team. ♥♥♥
Oh same it popped up in the suggestion list. Living in Europe and someone special to me offered me a Santa Clause 20 years ago I still sherish it and didn't knew who the creator until today 😊 I think there are going to come some more additions to Santa Clause ❤ And the family is sweet too 🙏
I love my woodland critters nativity set from Jim Shore so much. I want the Santa train so badly, among so many other treasures he creates. I only have that one set and a couple of other gorgeous figurines, but a girl can dream, can't she? ❤
Hello, Jim. You say: -I listen to the opinions of those who buy my figurines, and this is important to me. What's going on with the figurines today? 1. There is a lot of Quilting on the figures. Moderation is always a big plus (and a large number of patterns distract the collector's attention from the statuette itself). I mean, they look more appropriate on statuette stands. 2. Initially, the figures were made in the classical style (according to drawings from books and other canons of the classics). Let's imagine that you are Leonardo, who paints his paintings in a classical style. And then he forgets about the classics and starts painting in the style of Van Gogh. It's a completely different style. Experimentation is good, but not when the author 98% forgets about the classical style.Figurines in the classical style have increased in price among collectors 2-4 times in recent years. The figures in the free interpretation did not rise in price(Not a classic style). 3. In recent years, you have started to have a lot of completely white figures (or figures whose white color is 90% of the total color of the figures in different themes). Most people prefer colored things rather than completely white ones. I didn't mean to offend you (you are a very talented author), but I told you everything as it is at the moment. With love, Yan
What a wonderful man, and beautiful talent. So glad I saw this. 😊
I own a few of Jim Shore pieces. When I'm out and about you sure can spot his pieces with no doubt that they are his.
