I glad to see you give instructions on how to clean & use mineral oil on your Gillette TTO. Great tip! Not many TH-camrs mention this. The way to ruin a good Gillette TTO is not to clean it and not applying a little oil. I clean my 1961 Gillette Slim after every shave and apply mineral oil every 4-5 uses. I remember when I started shaving, back in the 60’s, I would just rinse the razor off, leaving the blade in it and set it aside to dry. When it became all gunked up and hard to adjust or open, we would just throw it away and buy a new one. (If I knew then) Most guys only had one razor so it was a treat to replace the old with a new one. Good shave🪒

A symphony of color this morning, thanks Mrs H. Great shave Paul💈💈 B&M is a top shelf choice and Spice is one of their best IMO. Nice old razor, had one years ago but it disappeared somehow, haven't replaced yet..my bad. SOTD: PAA "Solstice" soap/splash/EDP, Blackland "ERA" razor w/Nacet blade, RazoRock "Hive" brush, alum, witch hazel and AV 5in1 balm to end...Beautiful. Nice video and results today, thanks. Good morning. Beautiful flowers Mrs H. Great shave. Ive always loved the scent of old spice. My sotd was using my 56 super speed gillette. I picked it up a month or so in an antique shop. Perfect condition. I put a derby blade in it today and proraso green soap and skin bracer. Nice work day shave. I gotta say to, this vintage razor gives me the best shaves. Have a great week

Mrs. H has done it again. Gorgeous!!! And a very nice vintage shave. Many wet shavers mention scent strength. Can you calibrate what yours means? If the B&M Spice is a #5/6 to your nose, what soap's scent strength would be a #10? For example, I find Tabac to be one of my strongest scents and TOBS to be some of the weakest. But they are all pleasant. Thanks and I'll see you for the Hot&Spicy.
