Have read most of his books and done all his programs, I would say his words are just the tip of the iceberg, its his yoga/meditation techniques that he teaches in programs like inner engineering that really bring transformation in ones life (they also help us practice what he says like creating joy from within and becoming conscious). Agreed, you gotta experience a certain level of meditativeness to actually understand what Sadhguru is saying. IE program helped me get out of crippling depression and anxiety disorder. From having multiple panic attacks in a single day, popping pills prescribed by my psychiatrist, to being happy for no reason just sitting at one place for hours, Sadhguru changed my life. Hope such experiences happen in everyone's lives.

I understand what you're trying to say, one have to have a bit of meditative nature or mind set to understand what Sadhguru is trying to say but if you tell people try his meditation teachings they need time and proper guidance (and also money which teenager & jobless don't have and even if you have one there's always a no from most of middle class family) because once someone enters into kundalini activation it's not easy without guidance... I know that because I did it and was really good but really hard... So if someone, specially teenager, is reading this and is interested in meditation please do it under someone's guidance only and that someone should be legit... If you have all those and also have interest in meditation give it a try, it really works...
