My sister started itching too not sure why she didn’t know but thing it’s because of she had to switch soaps because they quit selling her soap she used. I don’t think she’s itching now. I hope they find out with though Katrina. The old root canal. I had that done twice to my front tooth. It’s not fun. Wow what a decision to make but I’m on your side no matter what your decision is. I’ll be happy with whatever you decide i’ll be happy for you. I love seeing the American flag flying. Great job Chris! We have had 3 different 5th Wheels and knew when hubby retired, we would get a MH. Bought a 2015 Dutch Star when he retired about a year and a half ago and absolutely love it compared to a 5th Wheel. So, yep, we are class A people. We aren't full time as we still have a house in So Ca. We are planning on being in Quartzsite Jan 16 for probably a week. When are you guys going to be there? Flags look great.
We love class A's so even if we do sell this one we'll purchase another class A. We'll be in the Quartzsite area from Jan 17- 27. We'll post more specifics as we get closer. Hopefully we'll be able to meet you guys in Quartzsite. 😊
Only you can decide what is best for y’all. For us, we have hung on to our 2008 5th wheel toy hauler. She is paid for and it has been more economical for us to renovate vs. buy something newer. But that is just what works for us. Good luck ☘️

About the itching, I had it a couple years ago really bad. I thought it could be change in water from all the full time travel we do. Also, went to baby shampoo, soap, lotion etc. Tracked my food and couldn’t find any correlation. My doctor sent me to an allergist and her conclusion was it wasn’t any of that or even food. I have a couple of autoimmune disorders. My antibodies are still high and my inflammatory markers are up too. She believes it’s just inflammation of my skin cells/nerves that are causing all the itching. I now take allergy medication (mostly daily) and no more severe itching.
Sounds very similar to what I’ve been dealing with. I’ve gone to an allergist, dermatologist and my general practitioner still nothing. It seems to get worse se when I eat gluten but they say I’m not allergic to it. Might just be triggered by stress. Thank you so much for sharing I very much appreciate it.❤️
@, my endocrinologist had me go gluten free in January 2020. I did that for 4.5 years (even though I wasn’t allergic based on labs). I finally gave up on that because I didn’t feel any better, my lab values that he thought being GF essentially didn’t change. All I was doing was spending more money to eat, missing out of food while we traveled, and making it harder to eat when we were out. I hope you find some answers! 🙏🏼

just FYI. I have a 2023 Dutch Star with minimal problems. Nothing unordinary. We are super happy with it. If I ever did want to sell it, I would consider a consignment with my local Class A dealer for a sensible fee. That way they could handle all the advertising and financing for any customer.

We have seen other with the buddy and it's on our list for 2025! But we have had one on our ladder before tell me have you heard it moving in the wind while your trying to sleep? We’re going the other way. Selling our 35’ gasser and having a 2023 Tiffin Allegro Bus 45FP inspected on Monday. Whatever you decide, if you’re going to buy a different floor plan, etc. , an inspection is critical. Best of luck. Happy Holidays

I had the older flagpole buddy for almost 7 years when it finally broke. I fly 3 flags, USA(MERICA), USN(Me retired Navy) and USAF(Missy Air Force Veteran). So i bought the extreme but we went with the 20’, go big or go home.. LOL !! The extreme is much more sturdy than the previous version, pro tip, I use a bungee ball strap in the middle for more support. Love it. I love the new flag as well, might get that for the front of our rig, our Newmar has a flag pole holder under the passenger side mirror. Love the idea of selling but then I think about all the upgrades we’ve done and how much it would cost to do it on something else and the feeling passes.. LOL.

Hey y'all, Katrina bless your heart on the "itchiness" (spelling lol) I have been dealing with the same thing and my dermatologist has tried everything and my primary doctor she said it could be the "menapause itch" (pruritis). No smart comment anyone 😅 us women are tough! 🥰. Anyway, Dr. Google it and see whatcha think. Y'all be safe.🎄

We've thought about selling our rig a few times. Then someone comes along and tells us what a beautiful rig it is and how well they were made back in the day (Monaco Dynasty) and we change our mind. Our thoughts are that we know our rig and her quirks so it's better to stay with what we know. Good luck with whatever decision you make.

How can sell after Katrina just found all of those gorgeous cabinet handles??? There will probably never be a convenient time to sell. So I say if the price is right, go for it! And get that Armada 40M so we will be twins!
I think only you guys need to make that choice but if I was in your shoes, three weeks is not enough time for myself because I like to plan everything out. I think I would go one more season then put it up back for sale when you guys have done your research and shop for a new unit and are at the point where you are ready to buy it. We are subscribers and followers of you guys and want to meet you so bad but your meet and greet in September is already sold out. I tried to reserve a spot over three weeks ago and they told me they only have one spot left, and it wasn’t big enough for my motorhome. Maybe someday. 😤

I wouldn’t sell it in 3 weeks. You might be able to get everything done to sell it, but you may shortchange yourself on your next purchase because you’ll be rushed.
Here’s how we’re rolling. We have a 2018 HR Navigator which treats us GREAT. It’s a pre Covid coach, and my husband knows everything about it inside out and does all maintenance. We are 63. We “plan” on selling it when we turn ~68-70. We think we will be slowing down health wise by then, time will tell. Make wise choices that fits your lifestyle. (BTW… we part time and been watching you for years!) Good Luck with your choice.
Omg...give me a break!!! 68-70 unless you are already challenged, which I hope your not, 70 is the new 50!! I'm 80 and going to R.V., at least another 10 years. I believe it keeps you young. Your using every bit of "You" physical, mental, everything is moving! I hope you find, that when you get to that 70 mark, you will still be enjoying R.Ving.
We've heard very little from others that own a HR on many major issues. Completely understand wanting to keep the one you have. We didn't have to decide to sell our RV. We put it in storage to go to Mexico and it was gone when we got back. After filling a police report, we are in an AIRBNB deciding what to do next.
With what y'all already have planned and the time frame working with there is NO WAY I would sell now, I'm just not the type that would deal with all the hassle that would cause. Plus speaking from experience with Big Blue anyone that suggests they will pay asking price in first contact are FOS and most likely are just wasting your time. We've had the flag pole buddy for few years now and I see they have made minor improvements since we bought. Week from today will be first night at the beach YEAH!!! Will miss having y'all visit this time.

The problem isn't selling it's finding a replacement that wasn't built during Covid. If you do sell then buy another try looking for something pre-covid. You could always step up to a Prevost at the Motor Coach Store. Goodluck and Happy Holidays.

@@oureverydaygetaway Yes I did get his note. You should have been assigned a job or department. for example Decor, Activities, Patrol etc. by now as well. If not you may want to call them and find out. Hopefully Mesa Regal told you that the wage in going up on 1/1 to $14.75. But since are starting 2/1 they may have told you $14.75 already. Remember that there are no picnic tables or fire rings in any sites in the resort. I told Chris to make sure your propane tanks are full before you get here. The city of Mesa does not allow trucks to come into the park and fill RV propane tanks. But they will allow trucks to fill park models....Go figure. Anyway you have two choices ... unhook and bring the rig to a propane store or rv store or have a propane bottle brought to your site and have hooked up which you can rent. This is what we did. I will send you a picture of our setup soon. It does get cold here in the mornings but by 10, its back to shorts and Tee shirts. It also gets cool in the evenings too so make sure you bring sweat shirts and long pants. You will use your ebikes alot here JS. Stores are close by including a fresh produce store right across the street. They have a post office here in the resort which you can mail anything and receive anything. UPS is also right down the street. They have a water fill station here too. 40 cents for a gallon of fresh water and an ice machine too. You get paid twice a month, on the 7th and 22nd. You get paid for all hours worked from the 1st to the 15th on the 22nd. You get paid for all hours worked from the 16th to the end of the month on the 7th. It can be direct deposited, in fact they prefer it. Sky Harbor airport is less then 30 minutes away. And the one pool here has a chair assist. JS. Tired of reading this note??? We own a 2022 5th wheel and it has been great. Don't let post 2020 scare you. Just do your homework. Honestly I would wait until after winter. Seems a little rushed but doable.
Hey, hate to be Negative Nancy but you know how many times I've seen those flags on RVs in 30 mile an hour gust comes along and they're all Bent and on the ground I won't sell your RV it's stable it's has no issues as far as RVs go
No worries. Thanks for the heads up. Look's like we'll be keeping our RV at least until the Spring. If we don't sell it we'll be happy keeping it and doing a few upgrades.
Personally, I wouldn't sell. Since this MH has been good to you, unless you really want a different floor plan, I would stick with what you've got. Dependability. 3 weeks just isn't enough time to get settled into something new. Never rush with something like this. We recently purchased a 2019 Tiffin Bus 45 OPP. I didn't want anything newer because of all of the consistent issues I've seen out there with newer rigs. My hope is that quality might be improving for 2026. Good luck with your decision!!
I think with new RVs you have to take those reviews with a grain of salt, for those negative things there are 100 people happy with their rigs. Most people only mention things when they’re having problems. If things are great they just roll along. If you know what I mean. We bought a ‘22 fifth wheel brand new and all has been great.
Keep what ya got, ya crazy! You both stayed the b+ you went in was a no go and if you get a rental C your gonna pay through the nose and still your gonna down size and be unhappy and will the rental company tow with they’re rental? Be smart, you know what you got, it’s home, and be happy. Nuff said. Oh, I forgot. Your not getting younger, but older, not as old as me tho.😂
Here on the east coast there's not a problem owning a diesel. We're fine with keeping the one we have but if the opportunity arises and we find a different floor plan and sell the one we have we 100% in. Safe travels and thanks for watching and leaving a comment.😊
We're ready. We put it up for sale a few months ago with a few offers. Not the best time of year to list an RV. Now that we're getting ready to leave for the winter we've started to get calls. Maybe we'll re-list it in the Spring when we return to MD.

We LOVE our teardrop! It is a Nucamp T@B 400 and it is plenty for us.
If things go well for the sell of our RV we may just be in one as well.
We've thought about selling our rig a few times. Then someone comes along and tells us what a beautiful rig it is and how well they were made back in the day (Monaco Dynasty) and we change our mind. Our thoughts are that we know our rig and her quirks so it's better to stay with what we know. Good luck with whatever decision you make.

I think only you guys need to make that choice but if I was in your shoes, three weeks is not enough time for myself because I like to plan everything out. I think I would go one more season then put it up back for sale when you guys have done your research and shop for a new unit and are at the point where you are ready to buy it. We are subscribers and followers of you guys and want to meet you so bad but your meet and greet in September is already sold out. I tried to reserve a spot over three weeks ago and they told me they only have one spot left, and it wasn’t big enough for my motorhome. Maybe someday. 😤

I wouldn’t sell it in 3 weeks. You might be able to get everything done to sell it, but you may shortchange yourself on your next purchase because you’ll be rushed.

Here’s how we’re rolling. We have a 2018 HR Navigator which treats us GREAT. It’s a pre Covid coach, and my husband knows everything about it inside out and does all maintenance. We are 63. We “plan” on selling it when we turn ~68-70. We think we will be slowing down health wise by then, time will tell. Make wise choices that fits your lifestyle. (BTW… we part time and been watching you for years!) Good Luck with your choice.

We've heard very little from others that own a HR on many major issues. Completely understand wanting to keep the one you have. We didn't have to decide to sell our RV. We put it in storage to go to Mexico and it was gone when we got back. After filling a police report, we are in an AIRBNB deciding what to do next.

With what y'all already have planned and the time frame working with there is NO WAY I would sell now, I'm just not the type that would deal with all the hassle that would cause. Plus speaking from experience with Big Blue anyone that suggests they will pay asking price in first contact are FOS and most likely are just wasting your time. We've had the flag pole buddy for few years now and I see they have made minor improvements since we bought. Week from today will be first night at the beach YEAH!!! Will miss having y'all visit this time.

The problem isn't selling it's finding a replacement that wasn't built during Covid. If you do sell then buy another try looking for something pre-covid. You could always step up to a Prevost at the Motor Coach Store. Goodluck and Happy Holidays.

@@oureverydaygetaway Yes I did get his note. You should have been assigned a job or department. for example Decor, Activities, Patrol etc. by now as well. If not you may want to call them and find out. Hopefully Mesa Regal told you that the wage in going up on 1/1 to $14.75. But since are starting 2/1 they may have told you $14.75 already. Remember that there are no picnic tables or fire rings in any sites in the resort. I told Chris to make sure your propane tanks are full before you get here. The city of Mesa does not allow trucks to come into the park and fill RV propane tanks. But they will allow trucks to fill park models....Go figure. Anyway you have two choices ... unhook and bring the rig to a propane store or rv store or have a propane bottle brought to your site and have hooked up which you can rent. This is what we did. I will send you a picture of our setup soon. It does get cold here in the mornings but by 10, its back to shorts and Tee shirts. It also gets cool in the evenings too so make sure you bring sweat shirts and long pants. You will use your ebikes alot here JS. Stores are close by including a fresh produce store right across the street. They have a post office here in the resort which you can mail anything and receive anything. UPS is also right down the street. They have a water fill station here too. 40 cents for a gallon of fresh water and an ice machine too. You get paid twice a month, on the 7th and 22nd. You get paid for all hours worked from the 1st to the 15th on the 22nd. You get paid for all hours worked from the 16th to the end of the month on the 7th. It can be direct deposited, in fact they prefer it. Sky Harbor airport is less then 30 minutes away. And the one pool here has a chair assist. JS. Tired of reading this note??? We own a 2022 5th wheel and it has been great. Don't let post 2020 scare you. Just do your homework. Honestly I would wait until after winter. Seems a little rushed but doable.

Hey, hate to be Negative Nancy but you know how many times I've seen those flags on RVs in 30 mile an hour gust comes along and they're all Bent and on the ground I won't sell your RV it's stable it's has no issues as far as RVs go
No worries. Thanks for the heads up. Look's like we'll be keeping our RV at least until the Spring. If we don't sell it we'll be happy keeping it and doing a few upgrades.
Personally, I wouldn't sell. Since this MH has been good to you, unless you really want a different floor plan, I would stick with what you've got. Dependability. 3 weeks just isn't enough time to get settled into something new. Never rush with something like this. We recently purchased a 2019 Tiffin Bus 45 OPP. I didn't want anything newer because of all of the consistent issues I've seen out there with newer rigs. My hope is that quality might be improving for 2026. Good luck with your decision!!

I think with new RVs you have to take those reviews with a grain of salt, for those negative things there are 100 people happy with their rigs. Most people only mention things when they’re having problems. If things are great they just roll along. If you know what I mean. We bought a ‘22 fifth wheel brand new and all has been great.
Totally agree, it's always good to get multiple opinions. We have friends that bought a 2022 and have little to no issues with it.

You both stayed the b+ you went in was a no go and if you get a rental C your gonna pay through the nose and still your gonna down size and be unhappy and will the rental company tow with they’re rental? Be smart, you know what you got, it’s home, and be happy. Nuff said. Oh, I forgot. Your not getting younger, but older, not as old as me tho.😂

So true! That's what makes it such a hard decision. We know how lucky we are and not sure if we could find another one like the one we have.
With all of the new regulations coming down on diesel, I would sell. They are going to start losing value the closer that we get.
Here on the east coast there's not a problem owning a diesel. We're fine with keeping the one we have but if the opportunity arises and we find a different floor plan and sell the one we have we 100% in. Safe travels and thanks for watching and leaving a comment.😊

We're ready. We put it up for sale a few months ago with a few offers. Not the best time of year to list an RV. Now that we're getting ready to leave for the winter we've started to get calls. Maybe we'll re-list it in the Spring when we return to MD.
If you guys really want a newer RV I would let yours go. They are offering your full asking price. Take it and go.
You would think it would be an easy decision. For us we just keep going back and forth.
