The fact that Klopp and the rest of the players still defend Karius just shows how good the spirit of this team is. It's increasingly likely Karius will leave in the summer so I hope he manages to get his career back on track somewhere else

He once coached a boys field hockey team one weekend (if I recall correctly, his son played in it). A sport he apparently did not know all that much about, but his coaching skills where apparently so good the team won (or at least did a lot better than expected).
Way back when I was told the anecdote (he had just started with BvB), the people he coached that day where all predicting him to go far.

People always say that he is not that great because he didnt win that many trophies,which is true,but if look at how unlucky his teams were at times its ridiculous..i mean thats football,i get it,but just look at the 2 cl finals he lost on which they are talking about in the video,i dont think there was a more unlucky side in history than liverpool in that final against madrid,maybe apart from bayern against manU or chelsea and they finished 2 seasons in the prem with more than 90 points and only got second..they almost went unbeaten the whole season and finished second,thats brutal !

And not to forget. We won the Premier League after very long 30 years and couldn't even celebrate.
I supported Dortmund in that final but it would have also been a shame if so many Bayern legends would have finished their careers without the thropy after coming so close so many times.

I am a Chelsea fan and I remember when Klopp's Dortmund beat Malaga in the 2013 quarter finals on their way to the final, and that's when I developed a soft spot for Dortmund, dunno why but I really liked that team, and after the game the Sky interviewer said to him "the winning goal was offside" and Klopp was like "well that means Malaga's must be offside as well" and that's when I really started liking him

One of the greatest of all time my friend. What he did with Manz, Dortmund and now Liverpool is nothing short of miraculous.
He develops the club, players, staff and fans, all within budget and makes the club profitable.
He is simply the ultimate manager.
I’m an Arsenal fan, but I’m a huge fan of Klopp too. I hope he leads Liverpool to victory over Real tomorrow night, they deserve the victory.

I just wanted to say that I was very impressed with how quickly UEFA acted to move the venue for this year's final.
It quickly became very apparent that to hold the final in St Petersburg was just not feasible or safe and UEFA took the best decision they could and did so quite swiftly and in doing so gave themselves and the organisers plenty of time to change everything that required change.
Well done, UEFA. Good call.

Like him a lot, his german football style. That 12-13 Borussia was amazing, for me the best Klopp’s team. As a RMA fan I still remember the semifinal against them, they played incredible in Dortmund. Many of us would love to see him as our manager since then, and it is known Florentino Perez too. His style of play match perfectly with what we like in Madrid. We might never see that, because it seems he is going to stay in Liverpool forever, and I don’t know if he would want to manage Real Madrid.

I watched that 2013 final and had a double bet over 2.5 goals plus Froch Kessler neither fighter to be knocked down...I watched it having a few drinks in a lively bar and was happy when Robben scored as my bet was on but felt sorry for Dortmund as they played really well...remember seeing Klopp on sidelines they deserved more but what a team they had but think that prestige Bayern have got them over the line but anyone one else in that year Dortmund would of beaten...

After Fergie & Wenger, Klopp is definitely the next best manager ever. I rate him more than Pep because he built a team from scratch with only £225m spent up until before Nunez arrival. That 2019 final was a dreadful spectacle and anti climax after the spectacular way both teams made the final.
Looking back at last season's frustrations with all those 20+ CB pairings and tons of injuries, this season was a success no matter what or how many haters try to say Liverpool won "mickey mouse" trophies or failed the treble. Just look at their Merseyside counterpart and their biggest rivals, Manchester United. They all wish they could be in Liverpool's position. We were counted out after last season & we were in talks for a quadruple this season lol
