I still don’t think Crosshair actually had hi chip removed. I think after he was burned by the engine blast the kaminoans made him believe that they had removed it, but it’s still in his head and he just thinks he’s thinking independently
Definitely! There’s a part in the finale when he’s arguing with Hunter and he goes off on his own to sulk. Right before Omega comes over, Crosshair grabs his head just like the others when their inhibitors bother them. He also keeps saying “good soldiers follow orders. Either he was deceived or he lied because, like Wrecker when he was accused of being programmed to like blowing stuff up, he resented the implication that he’s not in control of himself. Either way, he definitely still has his chip.
7:07 No. The rancor that was killed is an older one named Pateesa.
Every G.D. time is see or hear a mention of the final 4 episode of the Clone Wars gets me so G. D. EMOTIONAL (ugly ugly crying) I’m not crying, you’re crying.
Now when I rewatch Rebels “Fire Across The Galaxy” (S:1, E:15) and “The Lost Commanders” (S:2, E:3) have more of an emotional and significant impact on me now than they did when I first watched the episodes.

Since Crosshair revealed that he doesn't have the chip in his head, I think it would be a seriously bad missed opportunity if we don't see someone asking why exactly he thinks that the Jedi are traitors. Anyone agree?
Well probably for the same reason every non order 66 clones thinks that: the Jedi tried to assassinate Palpatine and take control of the Republic

I never heard of Bad Batch...but because of this recap, I may seek it out (sometimes I'll use recap videos as kind of a trailer for a show or movie....not always, but sometimes).

You are wrong about Crosshair, and I hope season 2 shows that. When Tarkin put him through that procedure, he told the tech to amplify the effects. Crosshair was reconditioned, not released. If not, can you do a video showing how and when he was freed in season 1 with that scene included for context????

I like the Bad Batch but; the team has special skills, the tendencies, and even some of the *looks* of most of the team members from the 80s Predator movie. Just watch a 2-3 minute clip of when they give descriptions of the squad. It was definitely inspired by Rambo as well. Two great movies

Two things I‘m confused about (and too lazy to scroll through Wookiepedia to find the answer lol) 1. pls explain how TBB got entangled w the Pyke syndicate - What happened there? 2. (much more importantly) why on earth did TBB return to tipoca city? You say Crosshair somehow lured them there but you never go on to explain how he managed to do that.

This reminded me of my theory that Snoke was a Kaminoan/human hybrid.
Maybe this will be the appearance of Kuat Drive Yards I have been hoping for for years. They can kick out writers (Collin Trevorrow), mention it slightly and cannonzie the Rakata, or write it on a sign in the background in Aurubesh, but I shall not be satisfied until I see the actual shipyard on screen. We already saw Ringo Vinda in the Admiral Trench arc from the Clone Wars. The Bad Batch is happening at the perfect time to show the Empire manufacturing its Star Destroyers.
