Big thanks for creating this video. I spend so much time looking up fonts for people when they could do this themselves! Your video will be a big help. Give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach a man to find a font match and he can do it for himself!
Angie, your channel just keeps getting better and better. Your videos are so useful! I've actually used Font Squirrel's matcherator before, but I'm glad to discover What Font Is. I'll give it a try next time I need to ID a font.

A friend has a very old ’puter, and fonts on my not-as-old ‘puter aren’t readily available on the older machine without going through google. However, we’ve got to have a starting point for selecting a font and “What Font Is” seems like a good first step! Again…thank you B U N C H E S!!!
I tried all four sites and none of them returned anything even close to the uploaded file. I'd be happy to submit the file to you if you send me an address to send it to.
Oof that white noise ;) Treat your audio, folks, either in post processing/editing or while shooting the video; you'll get better results and put out a more professional clip with not very much effort. Still, thanks for sharing this, a lot of useful info.
I tested your favorite "What font is" and created a very clear PNG image with six very clear letters and numbers. I knew what the font was. I went through the process and it did not identify the correct font out of the 60 fonts it offered up.

Depends on where your image is? If it is on the internet try right clicking and "save image as".
