@andreaanaquod374 ❤congratulations 🎊 sister! I will pray for your journey Apache here( Chiricahua and Lipan) and Tiwa! I'm almost 2 years sober and survived 3 attempts of well you know. It's a hard journey but I'll continue to pray and root for you ! ❤
Prayers for you sister. It can be a hard thing to admit to strangers. It shows your hard work and commitment to getting well. Michigan resident and Ojibwa culture. My people come from the southern US but since I live in Ojibwa territory, I am learning their culture. I am at least 20 years on the red road. I’m positive you can do well with your new life! I’m so happy for you. 🙏😊
I am not Native American either. There is a peace that comes to my spirit when I see the Native American culture still alive through song and dance and art. I'm glad colonization couldn't snuff it out. I hope the traditions and hopefully the languages never die.
I wanna say Rest in Peace 🙏 🕊 to my longtime friend sonny from the white mountain apache tribe may his soul rest in the beautiful mountains and echo through the sound of the eagles that fly...
When I was getting sober seven years ago, I went into nature. As I was sitting near a creek along an old Apache trail I could feel spirits dancing around healing me. Since that moment my journey of soberiety became my journey of awakening. I created in sleep. When the mid wife said , " the head is crowning" . I did not hear I crowned life. For forty weeks I grew in Wawa , my children call Mama. Mama's are the crowns giving life. We have been bullied out of our birth right, to guide life we give, like the rest of nature. They are Mama's too, we are not supposse to hunt and eat.
I’m not native but I am white and I represent and serve the Shoshone bannock people as a fireman. I absolutely love and respect the culture of all native tribes. This is truly your land and frustrating that it is still not yours and you all are not embraced and respected like you should be
Beautiful. Migwetch for filming this and for the prayers. The dancers looked wonderful in their sacred clothing. I appreciate that you let us in to get a glimpse of your dancers.
The White Mountain rez is beautiful. I am not native but was married to one and I am desperate to get to a Powwow after years of illness, covid and all this mess. Thank you!
Smiling. Thank for that...the turkey will be happy to feed you, I would think. That was nice to watch. I'm a little emotional tonight. Maybe I needed it. I'm trying my best

Thank you for sharing, blessings to everyone! Just from a musical perspective, the song is so beautiful and the singer was so expressive and powerful. The only way I can describe his voice is it literally sounds like a powerful waterfall or something.
This is actually the last of us🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 we are happy blessed be with the next world I love you from navajo nation.....half mescalero with spanish ... we all have it but beautiful mix......
Thank you to the members of this beautiful historic culture for sharing this beautiful video. Time is not linear. Their ancestors were dancing or doing something connected to them. I believe. ❤
I'm white mountain Apache and Comanche I'm enrolled with white mountain Apache tribe. My full blood sister and her baby is with the Comanche tribe. However I was born into the tribe and very proud to represent this tribe in far places people probably have never even heard of them. I now live in Milwaukee Wisconsin and back and forth to Oklahoma and Arkansas. Have visited Arizona when I was little. And I am a descendent of both Quanah Parker (WMAT) and Geronimo (Comanche) both of which knew each other. I was raised by my white mother and black step dad. So I'm a mix like no other. And very proud to be the real definition of American. That's what I say made majority of america Natives, white, and black people. I'm proud of my DNA and upbringing. My philosophy, isms, and what not.
Also I was a Comanche princess in powwows when I was little until my biological full blood native father was sent to prison due to his substance abuse and what came of it. I have dealt with alot of pain in my life because of it. But I think alot of substance abuse in natives come from us not understanding where our need to self medicate comes from in our healing ancestral DNA and medicine men etc. So much we don't understand about ourselves it's sad it's been taken from us and we are left to pick up the pieces and figure it out. However, we natives are resilient asf. So I'll take those pieces and make art with it. Life in itself is art. And a gift from god. Despite the pain, it made me stronger. Hell yeah I'm a Savage. A G too. A smart, beautiful, cannot be fooled, artistic, creative, resilient G.
My great-grandmother was full-blooded Turkey which makes me Turkey. I respect the name of American culture and seen the native American culture taught to its children. And it's people is very special. My great-grandmother was killed on the trail tears when she was 16 years old.
I admire the great Apache "chiriqua" St . Geronimo de Libertad whom herd and had a revelation of the prophet Jeremiah . Geronimo herd the voice from heaven . I'm ZEA.
I am not Native American but I like and respect all tribes in the US. I will stand by them if they want. They were here first.
Thanks for your support from the yavapai apache nation...
MAY THE GREAT SPIRIT BE WITH YOU ALWAYS
They got here first....there not from here. They are mongolian interlopers...
We Native Americans stand by you and anyone else who embraces us. Are you of European descent?
