I grew Caitlin's joy and liquid desire myself this summer inn New Zealand, Caitlins joy was my fav fr the season, the dusky colours are so pretty and it has perfect form. Liquid desire, while it bloomed its socks off and looked lovely from a distance, the individual flowers lasted only a day or two before the inner petals kind of dried and looked grubby. i lke the look of the iced tea, might look out for that next season
Oh... I had such high hopes for Liquid Desire 😕 Iced tea looks like such a wonderful colour - I'm super excited about them all to be honest!

thank you gor sharing all these exciting varieties. I adore dahlias but haven't got much space for them, sadly. Given the space I'm sure i could have hundreds, ha ha :-)
You are so welcome...I've now potted up 156 dahlias so far this year - it's getting ridiculous!!! 🤪🤣
@@cottoverdi Wow ! I am quite proud of myself for potting up 18 ( no idea where I’m going to put them !) and sowing Bishops Children seeds for the first time ( no idea where I’m going to put them either ) .
I know - I'm mad !!! and Richard is getting a little worried about where we're going to plant them - we will probably need to prep a new bed 😁
@@cottoverdi we are oing the very same thing to move some Astilbes and my dahlia pot family has expanded again! An extra 12 new babies! Now to find a way of growing my peony family , ha ha Auch a shamea they don''t do well in pots.
