I want to comment on your question about your shower for your house. I am on my own journey to off-grid living in the desert of Northern Nevada. I'm not permanently there yet, just a few weeks away. But the thing I learned about myself is as an older lady, having a seat in the shower makes it feel a lot safer to me. I'm transitioning from a bathtub to a shower with the seat in it. Something to think about. I love your chicken feeder and waterer. Will be making my own following your design. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
@@desertrestnv Glad the feeder and container for the water helps you out. It saves a lot of time. Thank you for the idea of the shower chair. I will incorporate it in my shower 🐓
It was a beautiful 85 degrees today. I finally got a break from the heat this weekend. My steel toed work boots melted on the Fourth of July weekend it was 112 in the shade. The glue melted and the front of the soles started flapping and dirt and rocks rolled in. Had to throw in my old beaters. I was raking out fresh road cuts before the rains set in. Today I dug a 2’ deep trench 25’ long for a 2” conduit run. Kind of beat myself up but got it done in 11 hours. My property is cobblestone and Sandy silt. Rock bar and shovels were ringing all day. My hands are still vibrating. At least it wasn’t a scorcher. Stay cool and pace yourself, cooler weather will get here soon enough.
Hola Make..me alegro saver de ti, cuídate mucho. Bendiciones soy milagros tu amiga de la Franklin st si te puedes comunicar conmigo, toda la familia te recordamos siempre..
I will never forget you. Hope you're all well. It's hard getting wifi here. I'm trying to get wifi but everything here is expensive. I'll try to call soon. Love you all.

how much did land cost, its great
It depends on where you want and how much land you want to live in. Location is also important. Anywhere between 10,000 and up.
@@offgridrooster I am so pleased ou managed to get your land, its beautiful and you are makung good progress, dig pond minimum
Yes. A pond is good for water catchment. Just filter it. Water is precious to humans and animals.
