Good stuff dude. Keep on keeping on. I make a really cheap daily shake with oats, protein powder, turmeric and olive oil. Gets me about 1000 calories with a good chunk of macros for around a dollar or dollar fifty a day. Everything keeps getting more expensive, but that gives me some financial relief and keeps me going.
