    Advice on quick fill- when adding to quick full we put date if last contact 1st, then what the communication was. Example: 9-1-21 patient canceled by phone 2 days prior to appointment...then if we do a follow up call 2 days later, we put 9-23-21 called patient, had to leave message on that qf note box. About once every month or so we audit. Anything after 3rd follow up get deleted from qf list. By putting date first, you can quickly run through the list and see if they have had follow or when

      Great advice! I don't quick fill for reactivation so my follow up process is much different 😉
