For chart ID we put Met for metlife etc and that shows up on the desktop on Eaglesoft next to their name
@scottnoren8858 I get the MetLife icon to automatically show on the schedule using a Custome Intellicare so a manual entry in Chart ID would be unnecessary work. Also, I reserve the Chart ID for important personally identifying information.
Is there an eaglesoft manual you can buy? One that has a step by step for most all thing needed to know? Thanks
There isn't @michellemccullough5683 . I've built one but it can't be "published" because it's ever changing with new versions of the software. You should check out what I have in my blog post www.thecrewprocess.com/eaglesoft-blog
if their insurance changes then if you still have preferences with their old member iD can't that mess things up?
@scottnoren8858 if insurance changes, yes, you'd need to update a Member ID. I default to SS# so 80% of the time, this isn't an issue for me.
Can you reuse an employer? We have several inactive.
@reneea3180 I would not recommend reusing an Employer. It's tied to past transactions.
