In chapter 5 you get the line gun, you can do the infinite ammo exploit with a line gun just as you can with the pulse rifle. Just showing it is possible. But it seems slower?
I tested both the pulse rifle and the line gun. The pulse rifle gives you more money because a lot of the ammo picked up on the line gun barley gives one full slot of ammo. While the pulse is 4 pick ups that sell for 2500 you have to pick up 10 lines to have 3200
I had answered one person saying that depending on how many upgrades you have available is the one you'll want to use. At base the line gun grants you more money, but at max the pulse rifle grants you just a little extra, I want to say it was like 500 extra.

The same way how people used to do it with peng treasure money exploit but this time now you use ammo drops really good if you want to go for impossible run or plasma cutter run.
This is the same exact save file as my other video showing the necros. Just a few hours ahead, they're still there from the sounds of it when I'm at the bench, lol. I really don't want to go risk it to check though 😂
Use the alt fire for the Line Gun to launch the laser mine and then while aiming at the mine, press the alt fire again to reset it to line rack ammo. Then you collect the line rack ammo and sell it at a store for more credits. You can do the same with the Pulse Rifle as well. You also want to do this per capacity upgrade from the bench, which each upgrade refills your weapon's capacity. Once all capacity upgrades are acquired, reset your node upgrades for the Line Gun/Pulse Rifle (cost 5000 credits). Collect a bunch of ammo doing this. Sell it at the store. Rinse and repeat.
Not unless you don't have enough nodes and upgrades available. If you have less than 7 nodes you're gonna lose money. But spending 5k to get 40k is gaining a lot of money. You can spend 15k and wind up with a profit of 70k or more depending on how many nodes you have.
@@Batman_83 Oh I have 30 nodes. And 101K money. I haven't spent any of my nodes yet. Was hoarding them for hard mode run. My pulse rifle has all the upgrade slots unlocked. Including the SP2.

Then collect all the ammo on the ground, if you've got more on the ground than you can pick up, just sell some ammo then go pick up the rest of it. Then go sell it all and do it again. I put on a video to listen to while doing it, if you're willing to go long enough you can earn over 1 million.
