First time I heard this song I was wearing headset muffs in a helicopter. The pilot put this on replay for hours and this song only would cut out when a transmission came through then back on. We flew over the desert and into the sunset. Great memory because of this song. 😎

I was scrolling through the recent uploads hoping there was something new. At the time, there wasn’t and i got upset haha. I love all the subgenres within synthwave. Perhaps guitars in synthwave, which I've heard sometimes called "synthrock", is somewhat of a nod to 80s "dance rock", which seemed to explode in 1986 (I was 14 that year). Great dance rock in 1986, best examples were Billy Idol "Mony Mony" (I really hate it now tho.. LOL), Amazone's "Gino Gino", Robey's "Hungry For You Boy"... Sean Heyden's "Party Boy", Hanover Fist's "Razor Garden". ALL great songs, ALL from 1986. Y'all should check them out!! My favorite synthwave artist who incorporates guitar is probably Northern Lights, but there are so many good ones! Dance With The Dead too
This might be my favorite electronic gems song ever, and I am a long time listener. A couple years ago right around the time this song came out this is what I listened to when I was getting ready for work at 3:30 in the morning. The house was dark and silent.... peaceful and quiet and I always listened to this song. It's so tranquilizing. I could listen to this on repeat and never get sick of it!
