@@lmaoaims i tried staying consistent on posting pictures and reels. reels rlly does get you more exposure so i’ve noticed. also i would go to random ppls page n like n comment on their post. some will follow n some won’t. but it definitely helped me gain more followers. also another youtuber tht helped me was Talitha Jane. she rlly spills the tea girl, much watch!!!

@@lmaoaims i have 3 main "niche". natural hair content, funny/relatable content, & couples content. i try mixing how much i post of each. still trying to perfect as i go.
Tips for growing on Instagram
1- be consistent: 2 photos + 2 reels weekly
2- post reels consistently
3- find a niche: something you are passionate about and can be useful/entertaining for others. See what is working for successful creator
4- make contents that viewers can potentially share
5- create more than you consume
6- post aesthetically pleasing content (good light, good background)
7- answer to comments
8- eventually, wear or do something consistently as a sort of distintive sign.
9- show your personality and enjoy the ride

As for Instagram reels, I can see them only if someone sends them to me.

The problem with consistency is that it's a full time job to build social presence on multiple platforms and most of us have 9-5 jobs so are limited for time. On top of that it's hard to have fun doing it with so much to think about. I think the pressure of building followers takes away the fun aspect of creating content especially when you sacrifice putting in so much time to not see results
I set upload time using second apps so they upload without me needing to be on my phone.
Takes alot of planning but works

I completely agree. It's a-lot of work especially when you have other priorities and have to work. I always say if you have a passion for something you know its for you when your love for it never stops no matter how much you do it! Taking time for yourself is important and also making sure your creating content for the right reasons and not just followers! I started cause I had a passion for it and knew followers would help me in the long run! Thank you for this comment 💗
One great tip I saw the other day was when someone had a free day they grabbed multiple outfits etc and filmed tons of different content in that one day. So you have it on hand, and all you have to do is post it. May be tedious for that one day but very helpful for the other days!

Reels are definitely the best way to reach people like it’s crazy that I’m literally at 50 followers ( just started out) and it’s so much easier to get more than 1000 views if you’re using a trendy song or topic!!

Thank you so much for the tips❤ I wasnt even expecting to see this type of video on my page, but its soo helpful! I actually started my Instagram last year like in August and I have like 37 followers but I think the reels have been helping definitely because I have been getting a couple of new follows each day even if it's like 1 person, I get new followers like every few days (and I'm always suprised too😅). So reels definitely help get your page out there. I've heard the consistency tip a lot too so imma start getting on people's nerves and post more often😭 I post every week but I still feel like it's not consistent enough so working progress. But again thank you!

Your tips here were more useful than any "how to grow on instagram" videos that tell you to post 1-3 reels everyday, which is NOT realistic at all! So thank you very much for your informations that are not outdated at all. Consistency is the key!
