Don't regrets for later. You buy a cheap e-bike and expected quality of premium or the high-end. First read the reviews on the internet before buy one. Sometimes you got excited because of the first appearance of the bike and fall in love with it, and take a quick decision to buy one, and at the end it didn't met your expectation and got disappointed 😕
I think for that price isn't bad quality for an ebike...an ebike is very expensive in general, because of the battery and the motor quality, often also because of the Name or the brand. Cheap doesn't always decide the quality....
If you compare it to premium e-bikes, it's like 2k-3k+ price difference... In my opinion, this bike is the best thing for less than 1k euros in the world right now.

I think the gforce t42 is the better bike but not available in Europe yet.

Hi I am considering buying one of these bikes but I have the old 500w do you know if the old battery fits in the new bike please The battery I am coming new using is 12.8 And the bike I am looking at has the new 16amp battery in it Just be nice to know if I can use my old batteries in my new bike
Only the 13 amp and the 16 amp battery fits the updated ep2 pro
Agreed. My build date is 6/22. New battery is a DCH-009, old style DCH-006.
I am planning to buy this bike but I am a little bit worried about the customer service reviews, that people is having problem with the support, do you recommend this bike? Its the best value bike I found with that specs...
I had very good customer service experience. A lot of emails and proof, but in the end they send me new motor and controller for free. Bike was still under warranty.
Hey pal. So what’s the top speed. Some say 25 some say 35. Some say 45 kmh 😂 the same bike but different websites selling it. For example the official engwe site says 35kmh. But your bike is going 25mph which is 45kmh
I heard that the controller is different and that it gives more power to the motor. did you check this?
This little bike has plenty of power. You have to do a lot of research to program the motor to your needs. It's taking me 4 months to find the correct way to program the bike to my needs. I found the information from an online source not related to the company. It should have been in the owner's manual easy to understand. The gentleman guiding me to programming my bike asserted that he had to read it several times to understand it. Nothing should be so confusing.
Try and go online pick an imaginary report you need example front wheel assume yours is bent as mine try to find a replacement. You will be most disenchanted.
As many e-bike owners have I too have toss the warranty out the window. It's a good foundation to make a radical bike. That basically sums up its ability it needs a lot
The bike is fantastic as long as it has no problems. Before you purchase one the warranty guidelines are full of tricks and loopholes for not having to honor the claim. I have made a claim I have gotten several replies all avoiding the problem asking me for more information. The bike is good the customer service is horrific I now have an aluminum boat anchor. It's not even a good boat anchor not heavy enough

I still have not had a chance to try that! I’m sure it’s fine. People love it… but on paper; only 500w, 9.6 ah battery, and smaller tires. Vs this bike has 750w, 13 ah battery, and 4in tires. But the Lectric is also cheaper! So you really can’t go wrong!

I can’t tell if you’re trying to be rude or not… but it’s called a enso ring, I wear it when I’m mountain biking or other physical activity where I might damage or lose my real ring. It’s actually pretty sweet

Go for the engwe pro if you can afford the few extra bucks. You get a 16ah battery, hydraulic breaks double suspension, better seat, and lots of other upgrades compared to this ep2
Get the FIIDO M1 PRO. It is the king of fat tyre ebikes. In the £1000 price range.

The camera work on this video is bad man. Invest in a chest plate or mount on your helmet or something. Holding the camera and cycling comes across amateur. Just some friendly advice if you want subscribers. I definitely won't be subscribing after seeing this video. Peace ✌🏻
