Wolves went down to Division 4, lost to non-league Chorley in the FA Cup and nearly went out of business altogether in 1986.
Bolton div 1 1980, Div 4 1987, hammered by newly promoted Scarborough 4 0 and sold one end of ground to a Co op to stay in business.
