Alright. This question of mine might sound silly, what milk did u use? Here it's hard to get "real" milk from the source aka cow, but fresh milk, pasteurized, UHT or evaporated milk are more common. There are even some caffees that use condensed milk ( soo so sweet).

Basically it's a mixture of making (I think Indian classic) sweet milk chai with overnight cold brewing. 🤔 Can't wait to try it!
