      @@oentrepreneurat most things that they can do less well, and therefore it is better for there to be more men in that profession, such as heavy work, but it does not mean that there are not women who do those jobs and do a good job. Gender roles exist because humanity exaggerates and simplifies concepts like these, also considering that this only applies to physical jobs

    • @hoangnhatminh1244
      @hoangnhatminh1244 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@manudiferro5284 Yes, but not only in physical-demanding jobs. And we are also talking about the cream of the crop in the majỏity of profresions, that are predominantly occupied by men. Exactly because the opposite gender has a regressed ability to perform the task, sure, when you only need generalized proffesionals, you can dispatch the girls. But when you need the "best of the best" (i.e SWAT in this instance), you would want at least a very men-heavy detachment be sent to ensure missions completion..
      Which is why there are gender roles in the first place. Trial-and-error just prove the majority of women generally less than capable than their men counterpart, or phrase in another way, there can be found a man do "the task(s)" better than this woman. Which is why it results in a very men-dominant society, at least in a proffessional settings.

    • @manudiferro5284
      @manudiferro5284 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@hoangnhatminh1244 no, historically male domination exists only because there was the prejudice that women were not as intelligent as men. Many recent studies have shown that, on average, women perform better at school. If you go and find out, even if to a lesser extent, there are women who are the best of the best in their field, furthermore every big project there is not only the person whose name appears everywhere, but many other people who have played a role minor but still fundamental, and among these there are obviously women (an example is AI). The reason why they are to a lesser extent is to be found in a society that still, albeit to a lesser extent than in the past, considers women who stay at home to clean and men who go to work as the norm, and the rest of particular situations.
      Finally, I would add that it is true that only the best of the best are needed for elite activities such as Swat, and that in general it is right that there are more men employed in this activity, however we are not talking about a sporting match: I am not a military man , but I'm pretty sure that physical strength is important in these situations, but that due to the existence of something called firearms it is not the central core. If a woman has excellent aim, good physical performance and is able to overcome training like the one shown in the video without problems, albeit with lower performance than a man, I don't see where the problem is, the woman is less strong, not an amoeba: a his hypothetical punch or his hypothetical grip aimed at immobilizing a target will be less effective than those of a man, but still not zero, also considering the existence of a rifle aimed at the target's head.
      Many in the comments used a situation they used the phrase: "if I, a woman, calls for an emergency it means that it is a job that a woman cannot do", which is a stupid phrase because we would be talking about armed and well-trained women, many more strong of the lady who said the above sentence. Those shown in the video are incompetent people who demonstrate that hiring someone for their gender, especially in jobs like this, is stupid, but it's not like they have the phrase printed on their faces: "we represent all existing female soldiers". Reasoning in such an absolute manner leads nowhere, the world is gray, not black and white

    About 35 years back I passed a written test to become a St. Paul firefighter. Those who passed that had to pass very difficult physical tests (things like in this video). I passed that also and I received a letter saying I had made the list for the next group of firefighters to be hired. But a group of women who couldn't pass that test threatened a lawsuit and the city backed down and hired those women instead of me and the other men who passed. I've often wondered how many lives were lost over the years because they had firefighters who weren't able to physically do what was required to save lives.

      This ^^^ is the reason I refuse to support people who want men claiming to be women banned from women's sports.
      If women are equal to men, then the only reason they can't compete in sports against men is inability or too lazy to train and get better.
      If women aren't equal to men then men shouldn't compete against women in sport BUT women also have to accept that they can't compete against men in physically demanding jobs.
      The situation today is women want men identifying as women banned, but also want women to be given a pass at the hard bits and take men's jobs.
      This is having your cake and eating it, double standards, delusional thinking, privilege, I don't care what you want to call it, if women want equality it's long overdue that they take the rough with the smooth and accept the good and the bad things that entails, not just taking the bits that benefit them.

      "Effort" is too high a word for these women. They clearly didn't put the effort to train. If they did, they would be able to clear the obstacle. The thing about women is that, generally, they don't like putting effort. They're too used to getting the easy way out. One might mention the physical difference, but it's the same with academics. Women don't flourish in hard subjects like STEM. They just give up. The "bullying" excuse they use is utter nonsense because, if anything, engineering is filled with nerdy simps. This is why, sometimes, there are women who succeed in these fields. Because those women actually put the effort, so of course they succeeded. It's nothing surprising. Women are capable of doing great things, when they're not lazy and entitled.

    I was in the german army around 15 years ago and they had a forced female quota they had to hire. Not a lot of females would apply and the quota was high enough that they literally hired any women that would apply. I am fully convinced that women have a place in the army, if they can hold their weight. But the way the german army was handling it felt like an extra risk to your life.
    I was applying for a nerdy computer job, so I wasn't that fit myself but still had to make any physical requirement layed oppon me. But they had significantly lowered expectation for women, where they had to do just a fraction of what the male had to do. They had much more rights for comfort, were allowed to wear jewelry, have long hair and in the field training, where we were sleeping in drenched literally flooded dirt tends for 3 days without warm water, heat or anything, the women were allowed to take a shower daily in addition to other special treatment.
    During first aid training, I had to carry a dude that was over 2 meters and bulky. He was the heaviest by far in our group and I had to carry him for an hour in different carrying positions. I was already chubby and he was good half of me extra. The women were pretty much goofing around carrying each others lightweights.
    I want to mention, that there were 2 amazing women completely deserving to be there. Even when one was chubby and pretty much unfit as me, they both were absolute minds of steel and would go through the pain as anyone else. I say that, because other women would completley give up at any difficulty.
    We had one specifically that would ask for a taxi back to the barracks 5 minutes after the start of a 30KM march. She did this multiple time and didn't finish one. And only she gets a drive home, everyone else had to carry her equiment as extra back. For an obstacle course, with the average of 1minute completion time, this particular women took THIRTEEN minutes to clear. She was so bad at shooting, that she had to skip the queue of other divisions for extra shoots. And the strange thing is.. she successfully finished her training and was released into full employment.
    In the meantime, someone who already served 4 years in the army and just wanted to rank up had to repeat his training. AGAIN. Because he was sick for 1 week and missed one important leadership class, where we just read some stuff from paper without real practical training. This was the reason he had to REPEAT the same training AGAIN. His expectations were set so much higher, despite being an already experienced soldier, he had to do the basic training AGAIN.
    This forced quota and take everything just leads to prejudice instead of helping it. The women that did amazing and completely deserved to be there were overshadowed by the amount of women that wouldn't even meet any minimum requirement that even the fattest nerdiest man has to fulfil. And I think this is especially important to tell, because this is the MILITARY.
    I had to carry almost 200KG of wheight like my wife on wedding night, because its IMPORTANT that I can do it on the field. If someone gets hurt in the field and I can't carry him to safety, then someone might die! Military can be a LIFE AND DEATH situation. Equipment can almost double your weight and someone has to be able to carry you if you get shot. There should be no WOMEN SPECIFIC requirements for the military. In the military, EVERYONE is a soldier.

      @Super-Godzilla99 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      in the german army you speak of the woman have very different and lower qualifications too become a soldier.
      i was at that time there, and it is just unfair, they even skipped a few lessons for them because a woman just can`t handle it. the same is going on everywhere now, lower the standarts too get your woman quote.
      thats equality in real life. in an physical job where only the body is the factor you must improve the woman can`t and never will compete with a men`s body, that is an biological fact you can`t deny or lie about.
      even as police officers woman are not ready for it and never will be because they are the weakness of the team.
      tell a woman too subdue an adult male with an normal weight and she would fail misrably no matter what training she had and how experienced she is.
      and the worsed part of it is, if the females are targeted and killed it would lower the moral of the males not boosting it.
      thats why they shouldn`t work in job where physical power is a must.

    I witnessed this first hand a few years back at a house fire. The fire truck rolled up and the firefighters sprang into action. Watching the choreographed action was pretty impressive, each one moving quickly and with purpose. However, my eyes where drawn to one specific performer out of sync with the others. Under closer inspection, you guessed it, a women that couldn't even drag, let alone carry a fire hose to where it needed to be, was gumming up the works. Unceremoniously she was shouldered out of the way by a man that had performed his task, and now had to do hers as well. Finally, water sprayed from the nozzle and the fire was put down. I guess meeting hiring quotas is more important than saving lives these days.

    When I was in basic training, we were at the obstacle course. They made us follow a group of female recruits, which was absolutely painful. We caught up to them at the first obstacle and had to stand around for about half an hour for them to complete it, then we finished it in about five minutes and caught up to them at the second obstacle. The idea of the obstacle course was to keep moving at all times and complete the obstacles as fast as possible, but instead it took about 10 times as long as it should have, with a lot of standing around.
    At the final obstacle, we watched the females trying to use monkey bars to cross a small pool of water...a few of them actually made it eventually, but most went for a cool dip in the water. The last female to attempt it was about 4 feet tall, and probably 150 pounds. She needed help to reach the bars and then managed to get to about the third bar before freezing. She couldn't keep going, but was afraid to drop, so she just hung there like an overweight Pinata. Our Drill Instructer had enough, and was screaming for her to drop, which she finally did. But then she dissapeared under the water and was splashing around uncontrollably, drowning. Our DI was yelling for her to stand up, but she couldn't hear because she was under water, drowning. Then one of the members of my recruit class did a flying leap into the pool and rescued her, helping her to stand in the three feet of water. It was the funniest thing I've ever seen in my life, and the guy who saved her was called "Super-Hero" for the rest of basic training.

Obviously this meant that the wall would be breached and the line collapsed.This was proven to occur but every effort was made to cover it up because it was not the right narrative!

    That right there is why you should never resort to lowering the standards/merits when it comes to your military/police/fire fighters/etc.
    1) Don't lower the education requirements to be more inclusive when it comes to being more diverse in the race aspect (make sure they can get passing grades on the mental/IQ exams to be sure we have people who are competent enough and have common sense when taking orders, following the laws, know what the laws are, or executing orders told to them).
    2) Don't lower the physical/strength/speed/stamina requirements to be more inclusive of women or overweight people. You want those in your military/police/fire fighters to be physically capable people who can do more than the average person in terms of weight lifting, running speed, holding breath under water, getting gear on quickly, etc.
    I can deal with this when it comes to jobs like being a barista at Starbucks because you're serving coffee! A bad barista means maybe your coffee/drink isn't as good than compared to another location, bad service, or slow service, but that is nothing compared to if you have a bad military, police, or fire fighting employee or unit! The lack of quality in those three categories add up to (a) criminals not being afraid of getting arrested/charged, (b) a country where your rivals/enemies don't fear you in the slightest, (c) not showing up in time to literally save lives/buildings/forests/etc., and (d) you're not going to inspire the next generation to want to be police officers, fire fighters, or serve in the military because they suck, look bad when in action, or because you don't feel respected by them.

      I am chilean. We almost had a civil war here in 1973. The Army defeated the comunists because it was runned by professionals like Pinochet, no like this idiots slaves of the gender BS 2030 Agenda. This is not funny, we are full of drugs cartels here in Chile, and you get this to fight them? We are screwed.

    As a chilean I feel deeply embarressed
    To give a little context, when the current president, defender of Maduro, glorified the cuban revolution and Fidel Castro and was endorsed a the main part of the media even Pedro Pascal & Viggo Mortensen recorded messages to support his campaign. When he assume, in his first speech he said that this was going to be a femenist goverment, with the pespective of gender equality. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😮‍💨😮‍💨😓

      Hollyweird would refuse to show this. You can't let reality interfere with the agenda.

      Hollywood's delusions would make it so that the women made it with ease. And that an arrogant/stupid team of men would fail miserably after telling the women they didn't belong there before the event. But in the end the men would come around and accept this team of women as equal or superior to them.
