When purchased I was told it needed a new display board. I bought one and a new control board. The display is still gibberish. Is there anything else I should be checking or could do? I just want to set the prices to $0.

I was able to set the price fo each column but how do I change out the price label that is on the buttons? The previous owner set different prices for certain columns and I need to change those numbers. I could not figure out how to change out the labels. Any advice? Thanks!
Hi Alex - I am having a problem with two machines a DN 501E and DN 276E - I have a Seed Catalouope devices for CC readers the newest ones on each- Since I have put Monster and Rockstar cans in at $3.00 - The cash and coin purchases report at .$44 cents a can- while all CC purchases show $3.00 a purchases in reports. The machines both vend at $3.00 and the customer gets their drinks - I get the $3.00 in coin or cash- the sales still report at $.44 cents a purchase on the Seed website. IS there something I am missing (in programming the main board)? to accept these readers or do you see it as an issue with the SEED/ Cantaloupe side- They blame the machine ,when I ask if these readers are updated to report cash- coin discovery properly. These are G-11 readers. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have it programed so all the selections will be $1.00 but the stickers from the previous owner say $1.25, $1.75, etc. How do I take out the little button labels and so I can put new prices on? Looked all over and can't figure it out. Have tried the web and can't seem to find it. Any help is much appreciated! I'm just getting started with this. (first machine)
If using USD currency the maximum price the 501E S2 and S2D control boards can go to is $99.95. If you are using currency other than USD. I don't have enough experience with currency outside the US to provide any useful information. I do apologize.
To clarify. You have a Dixie Narco 276 and not a 276e drink vending machine? If so, setting the price on a 276 will differ somewhat then what is shown in the video. Does your 276 have a red display that shows the price for the drinks? Or is a sticker or sign used to show the price for the entire drink vending machine?
The Dixie Narco 501T was a 12oz can only drink machine. Though Dixie Narco did produce a few T series machines that could vend a small number of bottle sizes before the E series was introduced. Most 501T series I have come across can only RELIABLY vend 12oz cans.
Try removing the battery from the control board. Let the machine sit for fifteen minutes with out power. This should reset the board back to factory settings. Removing the password requirement.
@Sérgio Santillán If the machine is question is running the S2D control board like seen in the video. Then yes the machine can have a credit card reader added to it. The S2D Control board needs to be running firmware version 381.xx or newer. Also running an MDB coin acceptor and MDB dollar bill acceptor is advised.

Use small flat head screwdriver and pop off the clear plastic cover on the front of the buttons.

How can you change the price limit from 12,50 to an amount beyond ? In a narco dixie 501e s2

My 276e machine says error when I press the button. How do I bypass that to set prices ?
