Unless you know what key number you had, there is no way anyone can replace your key. You would have to either drill the lock, or contact a locksmith to come pick your existing one for you. The machine in the video actually is a BevMax 3, but it has been mechanically upgraded to a 4. The 2s and 3s were both very similar, with the main differences being the control board, tray positions, and the picker cup size. The BevMax 4 has had several changes during its life as well though. The most noticeable differences between the 4 and the older models is the size. The 4 is several inches taller, allowing more room for space between trays on the inside. Most other differences aren't that noticeable, just looking at the machine, but they are very important nonetheless. The control board, delivery port, delivery cup, refrigeration deck, machine height, and lighting are all things that were updated on the 4s. Most parts are all interchangeable, except for refrigeration decks. The upgrades that were made on the 4, many of them software related on the control board, are very important to make on the older 2s and 3s for them to work properly and be more reliable. There are major changes and updates that just came out for current model 4s, related to the gate and tray parts. They have significantly reinforced the gearboxes on the trays this summer with steel plates, and the design of the gates has changed slightly in order to allow the vending of the square Pure Leaf teas. Bottom line with these machines though, there is no one size fits all approach to upgrade or parts replacement. It will all depend on the age of your machine, even if it is a 4. They continue to improve these machines; the improvements can be added to the ones you have now, even if they are a 2 or 3 model, but the only way to determine what you really need in the way of parts, is to call Dixie, or us, and let us ask you questions as to what you have now. There is no easy "these are the differences" answer, because changes and updates happen all the time.
There isn't a different model of this beverage machine for Canada. The only thing that would be different if you used one of these in Canada would be the bill acceptor and coin mech - they would need to accept Canadian currency. Otherwise, bottle and cans in Canada are not very different, if at all, from those in the USA, and the voltage these machines run on (120 volts AC) is the same in Canada as in the USA.
Yes, they are very reliable, if they are refurbished or serviced and maintained correctly. There are a lot of companies and people out there who work on these machines who either cut corners, or don't know enough about what they're doing to do a good job. So be careful buying a used machine!
@@VendorsTech Is it me, or does $3500 seem very expensive for a refurbished Bevmax 4? Any suggestions on a good place to buy quality refurbished machines at a great price?
I bought this machine and it doesnt have ootions to change prices do you know why ?? When i press the buttom it gives me error code , test etc but not service mode
It sounds like you may have a Coke branded machine. If you have a Coke machine, your software is different and all the menu options are different as well. You can find a manual with programming instructions for your Coke BevMax, if that's what you have, by searching online.
On the BevMax 3 and newer models, which are most of the BevMax machines out there, the ramp system in the bottom of the machine prevents fallen bottles from interfering with the movement of the arm, so jams are extremely rare.

Does that work for soda cans
All BevMax 2/3/4/6 beverage machines with an elevator delivery system work with and vend 12 oz cans with no shims or alternations necessary.
