Sheen may be "funny" at times, but those are just him reading his lines. When Cryet performs, you can see his talent. Intelligent, funny, can sing and dance. After the first couple of seasons it became more of a broad farce, and Charlie and Allen became less and less likeable. But the early seasons entertained me a lot.
I remember watching this at a way too young age to understand everything and I almost choked with laughter. Then I rewatched as a teenager and laughed the same 🤣

I remember the episode with Emilio Estevez and they were outside smoking and Charlie told Alan Emilio is the brother he never had. Alan gives Charlie a serious look. Charlie says Alan you're my brother.
