I apologize for the poor quality, but the music sounds pretty good. We faced alot of technical difficulties: The bass got unplugged, the drums were sliding, there was feedback between the singer and guitarist. Somehow, we sounded good though. Skip to about two minutes. That's when the music starts. We are all 14. Oh yeah, all of the dudes are wearing the singer's pants and the singer is wearing the drummer's pants. Weird.

the dude on the electric guitar and hair covering his face is amazing
he really isn’t though. he’s literally playing a simple rhythm with 5 different chords and lead with 5 different notes. this is one of the easiest songs you could learn besides Smoke on the Water.

I'm sure the singer is 1000 times better than she was when she performed. She was probably nervous because I know I'm a decent singer, but once I sing infront of my school (which I did last week) I get nervous and I sound like crap xD
😂 We did karaoke for our last music lesson of year eight with a bunch of year 10s in the room (idk why the year 10s were there, don't ask me.) and I sang red by Taylor Swift. My legs were literally like jelly. 😂

I feel like the only problem with the singer was she seems to nervous to get into the song. She needs to relax a bit more i think. You can tell she's extremely tense from the way she's standing at the microphone

+Damian Saucedo I'm a huge metal fan, but to cover stuff like this, I wouldn't suggest a metal guitar. And btw, I said "Is that a fucking Warlock" because that's what I use(Aside from my Fender Stratocaster HSH). As big of a metal fan that I am, I could still use a Tele though or a ESP LTD Ec-1000, so I guess it's really up to preference
Yah I was kinda agreeing with you there about the Warlock I thought it was one and assuming with these kids lol but I mean the real reason I love my dean is for show how large it is almost bass sized makes me feel not so large xD but I love the sound regardless.

+brandon45098 Of course it matters? Like humbuckers will give you a thicker, more attacky tone. Great with heavy distortion and stuff like that. Single coils will give you a brighter, warmer tone, but will give a lot of feedback while using heavy distortion or overdrive. Active vs passive can be debatable. Some guitars go with certain genres and some guitars go with other genres. That's just the way it is. Like Les Pauls are pretty versatile. Guitars like Dean ML's are metal guitars, ESP LTD Ec-1000's are more of a hard rock or metal guitar, Teles are more jazz/blues and rock, I'd consider Gibson ES-335's a bluesy guitar. I probably wouldn't see a Gretsch at a thrash metal concert or a Dime Razorback at a blues gig

She kept in tone, and his voice didnt cracked, and thats actually somethin considering how nervous she looked, the bassist had presence but sucked at playin, and im sure the fact the drummer had fucked up a ton of times didnt help her either...

The cheer at the end really warmed my heart. Today my friend and I covered a pop song (of his choice) in front of my school (online due to covid) and apparently no one was listening because 1. the video quality was terrible and 2. hardly anyone liked pop punk anymore. The only people who paid attention was the teachers (surprisingly) because they enjoyed the music more. It is so heartwarming to see so much support for check yes juliet so many years ago :)

The bridge part into the final chorus needs to be longer I know because I’ve listened to the song, wow Imagine listening to the actual song and then doing the cover the right way?
The vocals could use some work, and could be more on time with the rest of the band.
The guitar doesn’t need to change, except add another guitarist to bring the song to life.
The drums, pffft please, the drums NEED work, and need to be on time we’ll and need to keep tempo correct instead of slowing down.
And the bass- well- it’s a bass what can I say.
Overall the band needs to be more on time with the rest of each other and the actual song they are playing.

I think the singer has a right to be nervous. Coming from someone who's preformed in four talent shows and never one once (Solely because of popularity, I guess. I'm not a popular person, so the judges didn't like me.) you get so nervous on stage that you'll stand stock still, so all of you guys saying she sucks can piss off. She's great.

At some points her voice is good and at other points it's not as good...same for the other guys. They could be a little better. But for highschoolers they aren't bad!

Listen man. you have to broaden your music tastes. I know how it is. I listen to Metallica, AC/DC, Skrillex, The Format, The fray, Lil Wayne, and all the above. It may not be your favorite but rock that shit till the next song and make the next your favorite. There is a whole WORLD of different music. You just have to discover it. The people at my school dont care about any music but rap and i cant stand that crap. I like rock and alternative and it kinda sucks that people dont know what good music is cuz all they listen to is computer generated crap. I get so many weird looks at school when i wear my ac/dc or nirvana shirts.
