Question. Installed the sentinel on my 43x mos but I was having an issue with the extraction of a fired round. One screw is longer than the other. I had the longer one in the right hole which I think caused the issue. Switched the shorter one to the right, longer one to the left and all seems good now😊
just ordered one on optics planet Update: Mounted to Hellcat easily, no issues at all. Adjustability for windage is garbage, those screws are crap and the supplied angled flat driver is crap too! This thing is so out of whack the screw is starting to strip...WTF?
I thought I had mine on really well, when I got to the range, I can not get it dialed in completely I can not get the dot to zero the target, I have it dialed completely down (toward the U) and it shoots low. I am holding great groups, but they are extremely low at 5 yards after bringing it home it does appear the front of the optic is a little higher than the rear, not extreme, but it is a little higher. I have reseated it and I am going to try it again as soon as I can get back to a range

So I tried the ones swampfox recommended to you on mine and they’re way to long and went with the ones that came with the optic to fit on my hellcat with sentinel with shield and waterproof plate
The frame of the Sentinel blocks the view of the front sight, did I mount it incorrectly ? ( I have 3 other of your optics and they all mounted properly on other firearms). Just having this problem with the Hellcat. Please advise. Thank you
Never installed an rmr on a striker fired type firearm? What usually runs under the slide on the extractor side? That’s your reason for a shorter screw.

My waterproof plate prevents my optic from sitting properly on the slide. without the waterproof plate, it sits perfectly

You can but the screw pack, It came with "Sentinel M 1x16 Ironsides Shield" screws along with a bunch of other kinds.

I would assume so. Mine came with one and I've seen several unboxings of others that came with one too.

Shield -> Waterproof plate -> optic. 10.1mm M4x0.7 screws if you are using the Ironsides Shield.

Is everything mounted flush? The front sight should still be visible in the lower quadrant of the window.

They will not. They use the RMR footprint and not the RMSc footprint that the Hellcat OSP uses.
I saw a video using the shorter screw on the right vs the left. Can you comment on this?
Never installed an rmr on a striker fired type firearm? What usually runs under the slide on the extractor side? That’s your reason for a shorter screw.
When is the waterproof base being released for purchase?
Comes in the box with all of them already. It's super thin. If you somehow didn't get one with yours, ping customer service and we'll get you one.

What happens if you screw in the screws too tight? I don’t have a torque screw so I kinda just felt it out not to tight not to lose.
If you tighten them too tight, you may have issues removing it (given you used Blue Loctite).

No, the sights BARELY show the top of themselves for alignement.

Did you do that install with an actual battery in place? I had a hell of a time keeping my battery from popping out while trying to line it up.
For the video, the battery was not needed. If the battery pops out slightly or goes crooked, it should get pushed back in during install.

Our Sentinel Manual does. The Liberty and Justice also use Shake And Wake.
