      Yes, its nice to see this video. Please allow me to interrupt. I feel Buddhists should know this. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. When you're under a panick attack breath in but then hold the breath for 4 or 5 seconds then breath out slowly blowing gently, don't try to control your feelings, but also don't focus on them or on your thoughts, focus on your breathing and remind yourself you can control your breathing hence your body and mind. It's impossible to stay under a panick attack and breath calm and slowly at the same time, that's the reason this technique will work 100% of the time, but you have really to focus only on your breath

    Is it too dramatic to say that these concepts changed my entire existence?! The lessons shared here should be mandatory teachings for every soul on Earth.
    Although this video was just shared with me, for months now I have been mediating on the energy centers of my body and incorporating many Asian techniques in my daily routine such as tea, acupuncture, plus bitter fruits and veggies. Listening to this message after a challenging day seems divinely timed to confirm that I am on the right path, even amongst the suffering✨

    • @SuchASaint
      @SuchASaint 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@holly.marlowe6312 There are at minimum 2 ways to consider how energy moves through our main chakra points: Manifestation happens from the bottom to the top, or from the root to the crown. While Enlightenment occurs in the opposite direction, from thoughts and communication with Spirit at the top, all the way down to practical actions that show up in how we love and take care of our bodies (heart and core).
      For example let’s say I want to release unforgiveness. I could seek to be BOTH enlightened on how to do so & intend to manifest more forgiveness in my body. For 10 minutes I could focus on just the manifestation side by mediating on these thoughts: the importance of aligning self care in ways to reduce stress and anxiety in my body (root), the capacity of my heart to expand in love rather than hate (heart), the type of words I will choose to speak in conflicting situations (throat), and so on.

    All I can say is that only those situations have happened in my life that I was prepared for or that I subconsciously asked for. And so, although raised in faith and Christian love, the total upheaval is driven by my desire to know the other side, the dark side. So I start with astrology, numerology, creative visualization, lucid dreaming, and Kabbalah and "The Tree of Life," all sides of hermethism. But none of it satisfied my soul, in fact I just realized that I was even further from the truth than I was. Fortunately, I have been starting to practice meditation and breathing exercises for over a year. I felt such a feeling of peace, gratitude that I existed only after I turned all my attention in meditation to the inhalation and exhalation that went through the diaphragm, and after each breath and exhalation I would stop for 4 seconds the breathing process itself. Periods of meditation are getting longer and there is a growing difference between mind and body and who I really am, and I don't want to break the state of meditation!!! With regard, ROMANA from Croatia!! 🌬️🌀🌌🙏🏻

    Been practicing this recently and while it may be painful to restrain hurt and anger at the moment, it truly feels calmer later because u chose to just breathe and hold back. Either u can then ignore the source of that pain and anger or confront it rationally if it's worth it. Staying calm allows u to do both. Being angry leads to nothing good.

It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

    This gave me a lot of those moments where I'm given the proper wording that describes what I've experienced and endured, but never could depict it for myself. Situations, I thought I walked alone. How funny it is to see ones own demise in hindsight.

      You should also consider BHAGWAD GITA
      Srimad Bhagavad Gita , a compendium of knowledge with detailed description on how to put knowledge to practical use. It reveals the absolute truth and at the same time, it discourses you, while treating like a child who is bewildered on receiving a new toy but does not know how to handle that. It does not leave you to discover your own ways to handle and use that knowledge. It does not leave you brainwashed. Chapter by chapter it takes you on a journey to understand the various aspects of this Supreme knowledge and keeps on narrating how to master them and use them to raise yourself to the highest possible position in life.
