Love ❤️ love these suggestions so very helpful Lori! I look forward to your videos every week. I am going to look into some of these pieces that I do not have yet❤
One of the staples of my closet is a mock neck, white, all cotton, long sleeved shirt. I layer it under everything in the winter and I would very much appreciate any suggestions you have as to finding a good quality one that lasts and looks good. Many influencers talk about quality white tees, I need that in a mock neck.
@danamatsukawa4762 If you can work with a crew neck, Talbots has really good quality Pima Cotton long sleeve tees, but they don't carry them in mock neck .... only crew, bateau, and v-neck. Frequently on sale for 50% off. Talbots mock neck tees are part cotton at best.
Lori, what size do you wear in the Quince jeans? I’m really struggling to find jeans that fit. I’m 5’ 0” and weigh 120. I usually end up buying ankle length jeans which kind of fit like a regular jean. I’m really trying to find a good fitting pair of jeans that fit properly. Thank you.
Hi Susan, I have a size 2 in the ones that I have. You may want to try the kick flare jean in the 26 inch length. Those fit me like a full length jean and are very comfortable. They pair well with a lot of shoes as well. I hope that helps! I know, it is SOOOOO tough to find well fitting jeans.
Slightly off topic but my issue is fit. I'm 5'5" but have a long torso and short arms and legs. Short or petite jackets and pants often fit best. For some reason, I can find jeans that fit me. Last week, I went to Gap, Banana Republic, and Ann Taylor and tried on every pair of pants they had, regardless or color. I thought that if I found the proper size and fit, I could order what I needed in the color I wanted. Gap is great for casual things but the quality of their pants was poor. Banana Republic had one pair of pants that fit everywhere but length ... a good 4" too long. They were a flair cut so hemming would be difficult. Their petites were too short in the crotch. The quality at Ann Taylor was fine but regular sizing was way too long and petites were cut differently. On Friday, I went to TJ Maxx and found a surprising supply of pants. I picked 5 pairs to try on only to find their dressing rooms closed for remodeling. Their solution was for me to buy them all, take them home and return everything I didn't want. Nope. That's basically online shopping with me taking all the risk and doing all the work. So, I'm staying home in my sweatpants for now. Fit is everything.
Hi Lori! Amazing video this week! Love, Love it!💗 I have all the items you used in your capsule wardrobe! Time for me to create new options! I would like to add splashes of cool toned (jewel tones)tops (tshirts or casual blouses)to my wardrobe. Something to liven up my face. I know this is specific, but maybe add a couple of options for all the skin tones. 🌸
I'm 5'4" with the same problem so I've given up on pants. I wear jeans, skirts, skorts and dresses. My jeans are baggie in the rear but comfortable at least.
@karen-lynpenton2427 I'm with you when it's warm ..... skirts and dresses with the occasional shorts. I've been looking for one good pair of "dress" trousers for dressing up in cold weather. Still looking.

The less baggy pants are so much more slimming, even on your small frame. They really would make a big difference on a bigger framed person.
@@KarlaStimach-xs1yp I think both are great depending on how you style them ❤️

I find the tops at Lands End are good, and last forever. Don’t let the price turn you off. The fit is great, and their lasting quality is worth it.
@@WestiBrazell1950 I have bought from them for years. but the ones I bought this Christmas were not nearly as thick.
