Break pad replacement depends on wear limit of the pad.
Company suggests to replace around 10000 to 12000 Km range.

Hi Logesh,
It's because of ABS malfunction ,
Loose connection between cables connected to the ABS unit or
ABS failed because of some Electrical issues
Firstly check for the cable connection most of the time it may be wire Damage.

Your old brake pad can last for another 3000 kms. In future use brake pad ASK made and the grip will be light but highly effective. ASK made will cost 180 for front and rear.
And there is no need to remove axle nut or the braking system to change pads.

A:Yes. But i was going on some long ride and i also want to make a video on that,So i changed at the Earliest.
ASK made(i will take this suggestion and i will check in future)

A:Yes.I know, but to make a video and however i need to clean the rear sprocket(not shown in this video) so i removed Axel.

But company recommends to change in between 10k to 12k Kms
Where can I get TVS Apache genuine spare parts online? It's not available in the authorised service center.

sorry bro its not available in online market.
For best you can try getting parts from nearest local garage at-least you will get alternate part(same as original fit) for the required part.
