My 160 has a rear brake failure, when diagnosed they said the brake pump has failed and I need to get it replaced, the bike has run just 15k kms within 3 years. I'm starting to question the overall quality of the bike which I didn't really upto recently.
rear brake master cylinder failure is common these days, happens with other bikes too. seen this happening in trk, dominars, himalyans. but yours lasted 3 years, which is good.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs I agree but we bought 4 bikes within the same year (2020-21) and all 3 except mine have run higher kms than me about 40000+ kms, no issues for them. I have had performance issue, gear Indicator failure, start/clutch switch failure and now brake pump all of this after regularly maintaining bike with good and proper care
@@VaibhavLavani brakes depend on usage and traffic conditions too. And as I said earlier I have seen the failure in many brands. And other failures too, I have seen in many brands. My trk clutch assembly was replaced, fuel guage was replaced, Dominar head was replaced twice. All these things are part and parcel these days. Olden days there was less products, less production , less demand and brands had ample to manufacture without urgency, these days we want things faster too. This is my perception, so it does add to quality issues to some extent on few bikes, but it's not a quality issue accross the brand

Hi dipen, I have Rynox tank bag with magnets, as the rtr200 is having fiber tank body it is hectic to tie the bag with straps on fuel tank. Is it possible to fix magnets inside fiber body so that i can easily use tabk bag with magnets
Yes. Should be possible. In dominar we use tyre weights. But I have tried guardian gears shark tank bag with flap at the base. It has just four buckles to remove and install. Hardly takes a minute on long rides to take it off and install. I use that bag on all my bikes.

yes there should be, you can match the design with other ceramic or sintered pads, but they will eat up the disc sooner.
what grease did you use to lube the pins?

My CB300 is facing the same problem in the front wheel. Service xenter tried to solve it three tomes.
