This is honestly not a bad looking boat. Would be great as a starter houseboat for someone with just one or two kids. With a few small updates it could be very nice!!

Omg this a so cool couple cosmetic inside and you DIY it won’t cost as much
I would take the couch and the dinette and have 2 couches instead
And redo the the kitchen and the bathroom just needs a cool shower head
Let’s not forget about the carpet
