Thank you! Actually took me a bit to warm up to red as well! Was aiming for Sonic Blue but couldn't find one at a good price but Racing Red came along and now I'm in love with the color!
Have you looked at what is behind the black plastic fake vents at the top of the front? When my Kona N is finally delivered I am considering popping them out and putting mesh there, if they actually go into the engine bay.
As far as I've seen air doesn't really direct to the engine bay from the 3 fake vents. It sits a little low and is positioned where the shrouding is. I think aesthetically it would look cool having matching mesh there but might take some work to have it direct air where it is functional. For more forced air I've seen this ram intake scoop, similar to velossa tech's. www.ngarage.com.au/product-page/hyundai-kona-n-performance-air-intake-scoop-king3d-ais But would love to see what you do with those vents!
Yeah pretty easy! I didn't have any strong fishing line but I had a squeegee (that you use to apply vinyl) and taped the edge, and used some 3M adhesive remover.
Thank you! For the mud flaps, they're Rally Armor exclusive to Canada. But, there is a dealership in Canada that ships to the US. The contact is: Jason @ Autovalue Hyundai (jasonh@autovaluehyundai.com) It's a bit pricey but they fit good. Also Rally Flapz in the UK have mud guards that fit the N as well: www.rallyflapz.co.uk/rallyflapz-to-fit-kona-n--n-line--black-mudflaps-all-options-6015-p.asp Hope that helps, good luck!
Definitely looks dope.. I'm ordering my mud flaps next week... (Lunar white dead-pooled out😁). I like the front and rear diffuser extension here. I wonder if there is a way to take off the branding tho. I'd prefer it to be blank.. IMO.
Was wanting to see a red in person but nearest near me was over 500 miles away. I got a white one but seeing yours I might have gone for red if I saw it in person
I was trying to get Sonic Blue and White but this one was the best deal and the red grew on me over time. Now I love it! But honestly it looks great on all colors!
@@CaliforniaKonaN I saw all the colors but the red in person. I liked the sonic blue but knew I'd probably get sick of the color after a time, and the dealer that had it for sale has it priced 4k over msrp
@@CaliforniaKonaN the dealer I went to was selling at msrp plus my 500 $ discount they listed my trade in on a auction site and did my deal for what the first auction offer was. Had paperwork all done and they came back with a second offer from auction site 1100$ higher with no fees so I told them to take it. Redid some paperwork and was only 1500$ out of pocket.
Well in theory it’s suppose to create downforce and improve aerodynamics. But I’m sure it’s 10% that and 90% looks! I just like how the rear diffuser looks, and if I would recommend that and the rear spats if you wanted to buy separate pieces.
They’re all from Flow Designs. You can buy individual pieces or the whole set. flowdesignsaustralia.com/products/kona-n-full-lip-splitter-set?_pos=3&_sid=4a1698bbc&_ss=r Good luck!
@@nixc71 I believe it’s the same body style so it should fit. But I would confirm with them via email or on IG @flowdesignsaus they’re pretty responsive!
I like the front especially. I don’t care for the twin fins added to the rear but I like the double decker aspect to it as it’s a bit floppy stock. Great job bro!! Do the H&R Springs soon 😬
@@cindysue5474 yeah I feel the Eibach springs are not that drastic of a drop but will settle prolly closer to 1in. But I also hear good things about HR springs as well!
Looks like cosmetics +weight. It's not going on my N if it doesnt add benefit/performance! I'd like to see a spoiler up front to give a lttle downforce.
Great video!! Love it!
Thank you! Love the products you guys have.
Need that for m’y kona n toi 😊
They ship to Canada
Does it fit the Veloster N or does the i30 N one fit?
@@martinbedard371 Nope it doesn't :(
That's a very tasteful kit right there, all of it💯
Yes, def my fav kit for the KN, love their products and durability (i've scraped and bumped it already). It holds up amazing!
Cars looking sick dude.
It looks great but their stuff is $$$.
@@cindysue5474 Yeah but at least the quality seems legit.
@@Vanjrl337 For sure.
@CaliforniaKonaN - To install the side skirts, is the drilling and bolting done into plastic trim or the metal?

Thats sick bro, i may go lease a kona n soon and do some of your mods
Nice! It's an amazing vehicle!
Looking good. It's the diffuser Hyundai should have used at the factory but of thankfully the aftermarket always steps up.
Thank you! And yes! Love the Flow Designs kit overall but especially this diffuser.

Not for the rear spats or diffuser! Only lifted the front for the front lip and side skirts.

Def an aesthetic thing, but the kit isn't super heavy at all either (still adds weight but not as much as when I swapped out the 19's to 18s).
