Focus on earnings not investment because you have nothing and then extend your earnings up to a certain limit then invest. But first always invest in yourself.

Great info. I couldn't quite agree with Ankur when he said the West have specialized conglomerates and gave example of Amazon going into car business and nobody would buy it. Amazon is into the technology business, no just into supply chain and logistics, so even if they venture into cars, which involves technology, why wouldn't people buy. Similar example of FB. They were primarily a social media website, but a technology at its core. But they've been selling hardware like VR sets as part of their Metaverse focus these days. There may be other examples for sure. Not sure if he perhaps gave a bad example while being on a live podcast, but I do feel companies do diversify their businesses in the west too.

Only thing I would disagree or have a contralateral view is on home schooling....
Conventional schooling with all its demerits offers something to life which no other thing can....
I have been following both of you for a very long time and cant stop myself commenting here .My mother being 60 years old super busy with her household work, have started watching both of your videos and she really appreciates both of your financial education because you both make content so relatable, simple and your humble nature really makes a big difference for common person who like to dream big and be financially smart. If you could make a video for doctors in growing their consultancy because as doctors we cant go into business but we are hugely reliant only in our medical knowledge for consulting. I have one request to Warikoo sir: Please make a video on parenting. Especially the point you made regarding "Reading to kids" Please elaborate on this and tell us how to instill reading habits and other good habits in kids in early age.
Start reading big picture books first.. initially child might not be listening because kids get attracted first to visuals.. that would be a plus point. Slowly slowly when u will make that story reading dramatic with expressions and ur voice .. they develop interest in what they listen.
Next, they would get interested in reading by themselves.
To prepare for self reading, reading with phonics is the basic idea.
Based on my own experience that my 3.8 years old started reading at 2.6years with this approach. I hope it helps.

Economic Survey a couple of years back pointed that to run a Full fledged Restaurant( or hotel ) you need approximately 30-40 licenses. ( varies state to state ) .

It’s always a pleasure listening to Akshat, but this is the first time I'm listening to the enormously successful Ankur Warikoo. On being asked how much monthly income does the he consider enough, the latter rattled off some mind blowing figures…! For a spilt second it reminded me of those pompous Dev Gadhvi ads.
Did I think he was being immodest? Well, I can’t say! At least he was candid enough to put things in perspective and admit that he doesn’t own an expensive car or any car for that matter as he considers it nothing more than a utility for commuting from place A to place B.

There are many key takeaways from the conversation and main points mentioned that needs to be digested and followed . 1) Don't leave the job all of a sudden and continue your passion in parallel. 2)Don't be in a hurry to build any business , follow the famous quote "Slow and study win the race", to be followed . 3) Invest your hard earned money based on the goal. 4) Always dont see about the people success, see how their journey started, their failures, their next steps. 5)Excellent saying Prepare for the risk , generally If we train our brain for some scenarios , it will act in that context (Ex: Like All is well Formula ) 6)Focus on the content rather than getting into revenue generation from the content 7) Generally content creator if concentrates on the expectations of viewers,business people then their content will be good . 8) Good point to know don't be available freely to people , so that they understand the value of a person. 9) Very Good conversation on Children education , parenting . 10) Conversation on necessity vs luxury 11) Discussion on making content with data proofs 12) Importance of learning, travelling, spending time with family,vacations, investing, upskilling and formula of saving irrespective of the income that you get great classic examples of Akshat's and Ankur's real life instances were discussed which gives more knowledge. 13) Importance of usage of social platform like Linkedin for professional growth. Finally as a viewer I got tons of learning from both Guru's where I acquired knowledge and will try to implement atleast 1 % of the learnings .
