Glad to be back! Just my message to let you guys know that I am still here, and plan to make more videos soon! I am in black and white because I could not get the lighting in my room sorted out.

Congrats on the promotion... work/life balance isn't easy for most of us.
As for DX antennas, have you considered a loop antenna?

***** I have not considered the higher-end loop antennas. I am not able to put up anything outside at my current location. However, in August I am moving to a different part of the city, a much quieter part of the city away from CRI. So we will see what I can do then. Also finding a good radio supplier in China is a challenge in itself.

The high end active loop antennas would most certainly do well but I was actually referring to a "roll your own" solution like KR1ST has done (as seen on his website linked below), I personally have noted less RF noise on a closed wire antenna when compared to an open ended wire antenna at the same location.
