Great bike! Wish I had gone with the 48 as my first Harley but ended up going with the Iron 883. Im new to riding but in hindsight I should’ve chosen the 48. I recently traded in the Iron for a softail slim. But if I had to start from the beginning all over again, definitely would’ve gone with the 48! But congrats dude. Great choice 👍
I’m in the market of getting a new 48 2021. It would be my first bike but they are asking 16K all finance and ready to go. I think it’s to much and don’t know if it’s to much for it.
I suggest go hit up different dealerships and talk them out to see if you can get one for lower than 12.5k. I heard recently from different 48 owners that they were able to get it for a good price, Since many locations have increased the prices on the bikes this year. The lowest i heard someone get it for was like around 10.5k . And now im trying to come up with a plan to try and get it cheaper as well when i go in the market. If anything im not paying more than 12.5 for a new 48. And im going to pay it completely in cash when i go in
The dealership honestly sent out an email and they were having a closeout deal at the end of the month to get rid of inventory probably. And I just jumped on the deal right away.
The sky towards the end looks scary yet beautiful. The forty eight has to be one of the sexiest bikes out in the market.
I agree it is pretty much perfect from the factory
Awesome! Bought my 2020 48 last October. Just ridden it once before winter came, can't wait for spring now!
No way I got mine in October also lol
@@DapperxDan haha that's amazing, went with the white though as there were no vivid blacks available. And now they won't sell anymore in EU.
Definitely keep it. It will be rare soon
@@DapperxDan Definitely doing that!
“More like a mid peg setup than a rear peg” ?? Huh? It’s got forward controls doesn’t it?
Love my 48. Got it on the December 22nd. Only rode 3 times so far.
Nice I got this one in October lol
Congratz on your bike! It is awesome! I am thinking of buying this same bike! I have never ridden before so I am going to take a safety course!
Definitely do it. It's very easy to ride I love it. You will enjoy it
Congratulations

Thank you very much it is definitely an amazing bike
I have a 48 and absolutely love it too! I had to laugh, cause I was just recently at the same CO dealership you were at XD
Really no way that's crazy. It seems a lot of people have them and love them

For a brand new one yes I think that is too much. I think msrp is 14,999. Maybe see if they have any leftover new ones or low milage ones?
@@DapperxDan 15k?! Damn bro thats still too much for a 48.

if you pay for that amount ask for a free first oil change, helmet, & gloves.
@@rolandjosef7961 shit im gonna ask for a discount or something too since im paying it full in cash.
Nice! Im looking to get one soon. whats the best way to get a good deal on it like you did? Awesome ride! Congrats!

@@DapperxDan Nice!
Yeah you can always find a great deal by searching nationwide on like cycletrader though
Does the 48 have a gear indicator ?
You have to go to a certain menu for that but yes
Shoulda just kept your old bike man. Regardless, nice bike
I swear that old one was bad luck. And there wouldn't really be a point for me to have 2 very similar bikes. I like to have a variety
Hi how you’re going today
Harleys insurance sucks, you dodged a bullet there
Yeah I was so surprised. It was the exact same amount as my old bike. I have Allstate they are pretty good
