I love these montages - I threw the javelin and did basically all this stuff but was a full time worker so could not really get the time and have the energy to do all of this and with quality. I beat him on snatch though!!!! but he throws 10m further than me!! 2.41 that machine is a game changer, I saw the original one in Halle when I was there at the throws fest and the discus one. A great neuromuscular training piece of equipment!!!! I love the German approach - they are so innovative and also they are very open on helping when you ask about their training. Germans may get bad press but all the ones I have me are good/great people!!!

And a lot of javelin throwers like 70% say that you shouldn’t lift weights.

Vetter will never take the world record. He is an incredible power thrower. But he does not have the Finesse of Zelezny. Too much muscle and too much ego. He’s running out of time

The Javelin is only 800g weight. You don;t need such a powerful body for javelin. This guy should focus on technique rather than weight room. The world record holder is quite thin and unmuscular, yet he has most throws over 90m.

They clearly have a different technique. I think Vetters is more difficult, at least for him to achieve plus 90 distances, but maybe the one with over 100 potential

@@benchamin9891Yes, agreed they have different technique.
