Underrated comment, the decline is already happening. I'm saying this with no subjectives ideas. America, while having the greatest military force in the world, has been losing its leading role for many years now. It will stay a great power, but more and more, if there are interventions, they will be seen as "power-trip" more than "Defence of freedom".
BUT, relations between US will ALWAYS be strong with countries like Canada, UK, Australia. So they'll stay a big power. But in the century we are in, I predict by 2050, the US won't be "Leader of the world".

The consequence of that decision is we now have a president that feels untouchable and will stop at nothing to remain in office. After all, a sitting president has never been indicted so, as long as he remains president he won't have to answer to a real court, with real lawyers, a real judge and, real penalties. I thought that was really good of them, and really smart and considerate. We've got old and young and in between, and they don't want any of them to get sick. They're doing video chats for meetings instead of going to church. And it's thanks to this church I've still got a paycheck. I don't want any of them to get sick, so I'm glad that's what they decided. They have a lot of compassion and sense. Thanks to them I probably won't bring any sickness back home to give to my parents or sisters or my baby nephew.

That's encouraging. I go to church and i've read some troubling letters to leadership at our churches. It causes a lot of confusion and division on questioning the strength of one's personal faith by judging each other saying you have no faith.

True but in reality it will NEVER happen. At best maybe 30% will curtail their movements on their own willingly. The only way to do a successful quarantine is to use legal force which will never happen here and honestly probably shouldn't.
